I just bought a pacman arcade. I thought my game board was glitching in the cutscenes ..but thats the ghost ripping his costume n dragging it, not a tail. Ok cool. Thanks for the video!
The one annoying and challenging part about Pac-Man is the power pellets don’t last long as long as you keep advancing from the easiest levels to the hardest levels!
You can do this in the actual game. I have no idea how to actually make it happen though. It's always pure luck when I do it, but there is a rhyme and reason to making it happen

for some reason the way the ghosts and pac-man move around the maze is really satisfying for me
