The southern neighborhoods in SF are undervalued.
When I get tired of the overcast in the summer, i will drive down to Burlingame or 3rd Street in S.Mateo just to feel the sun. I never considered San Mateo a cheaper alternative tho.
How are you going to just completely ignore Pacfica and the Coastside?
Keep going. Just go back to Lincoln, Nebraska or Des Moines, Iowa or Jacksonville, Florida or wherever..
