Used it in the shattered throne and it just bangs! But in the legend lost sector hoarfrost z just dies. Icefall mantle is a greater option in the high powered activities in my opinion. You could get some time before the champion kills you. And also using the health replenish orb mod makes you clearly immune. Great idea btw 👍
So the cool thing of this is you can get your abilities really fast and you get lots of shields. In high level activities ager’s really help for freezing champs. And the recuperation helps you to get heal anytime. But in low level pve it is better to use hoarfrost-z for more crystals and shields. And hopefully you can get infinite diamond lances without doing anything btw. Great idea thanks for the video!
@@TheLegacyDude the main benefit with the helm is the fact that diamond lances you create always spawn at your feet, and they create stasis crystals. The stasis crystals from the lances let you have a permanent 40% dr and 100hp overshield from rime. Another option is to use it for crowd control and that shit does a lot of damage
Cool idea but i don't think that it really works that well... icefall mantles aren't great for pve since they limit movement so much and whisper of rime provides enough oversheild so i think that hoarfrost-z would be a better use of exotic and your barricade: it will play into shards more and the crystals can be used as cover, also i think that you could be taking advantage of the new mod system more (grenade kick start etc). Your stat choice also seems off, intelligence really isn't something that you should be prioritizing in this kind of build and i think that discipline would provide more benefit here. I am open for any ideas thanks for sharing. For the exotic idea ı really prefer icefall in pve but hoarfrost is not a bad idea too. About stats actually you dont need stats much you already have better regen but of course you can make changes. Thank you agan for sharing 🙏
I tried it with the hoarfrost and it is clearly better but the weapon and mod usage is amazing. Grenade replenish in seconds. This build may be a god in ad clear.

Honestly hoarfrost and the new helm are better in higher end content w hoarfrost giving you chains/rime and same with the helm

Use the reaper mod. It will give much more orbs after you get your shield on.
