Drilled stock goldwing 1800 exhaust

Don't know why people do that. A wing is supposed to be quiet. Had someone do that to mine. Had to have it welded up

Should have the heat on in the shed a lot of people must be working on there wings exhaust in the cooled

Should have drilled through the center of the baffle with an extended bit holder, not the body of the muffler.

Johnnny W. That was done so that if it was too loud the holes could be welded.

If you look through the inlet you can see the holes he drilled so no need to drill the baffle, I have 3 1 inch holes and my bike sounds wicked

drilling the exhaust to open it up will reduce your mileage typically, and throw your air fuel mixture off

Don Sanchez It's not smoke. It's hot exhaust steam which is only visible when the atmospheric temperature is extremely low.
