Kas, I am a spiritually minded and true believer of my Lord and Savior. I've learned through my life journey that when I pray for something or someone it never happens on my timing or how I expect it to "play out".
When God moves, He moves swiftly.
In my thinking, I would say, "It came from no where", "I never expected it" or "I never saw it coming".
That is when I realize that I am indeed on the right path.
Kas, you are where you need to be and in time it will be revealed.
So, I am not going to say, "I'm sorry that this happened to you".
What I will say is, "Stay focused on whatever you want to come to pass and pray for guidance before you get there.

I hope you are okay. I experienced being retrenched during the pandemic. I also tried to control myself from crying but it seems like the tears pour down naturally. It's a lot of feelings in one moment.

I’ve been let go by clients randomly throughout the years- usually budget cuts/downsizing. But it does hurt a lot less when it’s 1 client out of 10 vs your entire job.
