I have had this for (3?) decades. Initially all of my doctors told me there was nothing wrong with me. A stress test and a good cardiologist proved otherwise. I have not had a heart attack, but have had a lot of scary chest pains from time to time.
@@mariokovac9572likely calcium channel blockers. I’m on Diltiazem myself and it lessened the heart palpitations and chest tightness. The dosage varies, for example I went up to 180 mg twice a day and that was fine for about 6 months, but recently I’ve had to take 4 a day so I might have to go up on dosage :(
I had this today and it was scary, I have been having them for years since I was in my 20s and I'm only 35. I was feeling like passing out, my heart was cramping in very severe pain, I couldn't talk properly or stand or seat. I went to sleep for long hours without worrying of anything. Now I feel much better no pain just a little heart burn
@@RawDogTV every time it happens i stop stressing and go to sleep and that makes me feel rested enough and i try to control my breathing too. i take deep slow breaths and it seems to help
I have this and Doctors don't know how to treat it. They keep saying GI but my stomach is okay. So they don't know how to manage it. I have to drink water to calm my chest and loosen the tightness. It's weird.
Can u feel or see your chest spasm when this happens anyone that has it? I'm seeing 3 cardologist and major severe symptoms and all their tests are different, their saying palpitations but they are so strong u can see them through my skin on exertion n followed by horrible symptoms, any info would be grateful
@@danyhnar I just got out of hospital with this. The last episode lasted 7 days. It starts suddenly at night. For me it was heart squeezing that varies in intensity and it's always worse lying down. Between waves, I feel like I've got something stuck low and to the left side of my esophagus. At the worst moments, I get very heavy chest pressure on the left, can sometimes be felt in my left shoulder blade, dizziness, shakiness, breathlessness. I could lose consciousness if it gets severe. I liken it to waves of labor but in my heart. I also have migraines which many people with this condition also suffer from.

Hi there. How are you feeling now.

I'm 29 and I have also been getting these cramps in my heart. It is scary. I hope you'll remain ok. ❣️

Me too
Have you been diagnosed with it ?
@@TruMoo0 No. They dont know what it is. I was wondering if MRI can see through but its expensive. 😑
@K2 NAZAR Why shouldn't you take an aspirin once? It should open the arteries right?
@Dr Sir i have been told this too but no one says why. Why? If aspirin thins the blood, why is that "dangerous"?
I am having it only at rest..magnesium tablets is helping
Does the magnism stop the spasms? I have spasms but no pain
@@rasheedfurqan9402 try it...If not work , go to a doctor. Take only 300mg per night.

Can i do sports if i have this disease?
