do you use any chemicals on the corrugated for adhesion? I have a Roland UV and having problems with corrugated flaking off the print. I order a corrugated that says digital flat. Any ideas?

We do not. But we do wipe them down with alcohol, I believe, to make sure there's no dust or debris

is it possible to do the same image in the back of the same coroplast? I mean to make the lawn sign with double-sided image. If yes, can you do it by using same printer. Thanks.

Depends on your business! One customer was selling hand painted wooden signs on Etsy - we figured about a 6 month roi I think.
