When I use a light jighead in current and wind, I don't feel it touch the bottom and I see my line quickly moving away from the kayak. how do you do that ? any advice? As always, great video👏💪
Haha… yeah, it’s not the easiest thing in the world to do, and it won’t work in every situation… in this case, it wasn’t too deep… only 25-30 feet. Any deeper and I don’t think I could have pulled it off! Additionally, I’m fishing very thin diameter line. Finally, I have to constantly peddle against the wind to make sure I’m moving with the tide and staying on top of my line! Thanks for the comment!
Bro as soon as the vid starts when ur in the water I thought u where eating a 1/2 of ham and cheese sub but it was the jar of gulp lmao awesome vid😢 brother think the water is still a tad chilly keep up the great work your friend Mike from nj 👍
Haha, I couldn’t used a nice sandwich! Yeah, it was a bit cold when this was filmed, but I have a feeling everything will start to heat up soon after this week! Thanks for watching!
Looks like you figured out the presentation
Yeah, I figure those fish were dialed into that small presentation since they’re feeding on those small shrimp
Nice adjustment to switch to a smaller lure. If it leads to a couple keepers good stuff
Yeah… sometimes you really have to think on your feet until you find what works!
I have same issue. When I am jigging with 1/4 oz or lighter I cannot feel the touuch bottom.
Yeah… it won’t work in every situation… if the tide is too strong, or it’s too deep, it might be a lost cause! Thin diameter line is key too!

@@FishinAccomplished thank you next time I will try a lighter jighead 👍👊
It depends on where you fish. The area's I fish I'm happy to get away with a 3 oz bucktail
Nice one! That sounds like a seltzer I wanna try too.
Haha, I fully endorse! You shouldn’t. Be disappointed!
NICE!!!!
Thank you for watching!
Put a scratch on your measuring stick at 19.5 for the fluke. Problem solved
Thanks for the advice!
