Learn why artists need to be using the Waterfall strategy for releasing music like singles leading up to the album release. That way they can properly promote and market each individual song on Spotify and to their fanbase.

1 song at a time, 2-3 times a month, waterfall singles (basically add every new single into the previous as EP, rinse and repeat). Then compile every 10-15 singles into albums once or twice a year. I've done this for a while now and currently at 5 million streams in 2023. I hope this is the year I step it up further :)

What you said about it being frustrating when noone is listening… that’s so true. You just wonder why you’re bothering. Great advice. I’ve been doing the regular single release thing. Can’t say it’s been all that successful, but I still think there’s merit in it.

when youu say use the original ISRC codes do you mean that the 10 track albulm will have a total of 10 isrc codes? and that you should use the isrc codes that you used for those other 9 songs hen you originally posted them?

Great video. I tried releasing a song on Spotify and then they started asking if it's a label or a single. I know u make more with a label and I decided to just go with Sound Cloud until I find a label that pays well😂.
I don't think I made the best choice looking back now I would've probably had way more plays from Spotify it's been 1 year since.

Label or single? What are you even talking about? You mean album or single? Soundcloud was "big" like 10 years ago. Just get your music our with a distributor to Spotify and Apple :)

What do you think about using cover songs to draw in listeners? Is that a good idea?

130 million streams / 250 = $520,000. Is that about how much you got from Spotify?

Thanks for the video. Do you delete the singles afterwards and only keep them within the EP/Album or do you keep everything up?

How far apart do you recommend doing the waterfall for each sing for an ep or album?

Yes but you gotta OWN it. You don't wanna give away too much %. I give 15% to my distributor for free uploads/releases. I would have used distrokid but they thought I stole my own music after I changed my artist name so I had no choice but to change.
