First off, all she did was pay off debts for individuals in a higher income bracket. Great, they dont have to worry- what an accomplishment. Second, what about all the researchers who are struggling for funding every year who are creating the actual medicines the Dr's use. That money should have been spent on research. What an absolute waste. But im happy youre happy for the upper-income earners at one medical school.
