Is there a way to fix a wobbly joint in the fold-down hinge for the back-rest and push handles? Tightening the bolts only makes the hinge action tighter, but there's still wobble in the attachment to the frame - so there's got to be some other trick to it. A quick and reasonable solution would be appreciated, and thanks in advance if there is one.
