Congrats and I loved the video. I just wanted to ask: how did E-Call feel with only one target? Is it something you just automatically boarded out post side?
Glad to know I’m not the only one who believe diva hero ALWAYS opens with incredible hands just just randomly make seemingly bad plays but win bc of them. Makes me enjoy the deck even more. High reward for a high risk.
I totally see the dilemma with this deck to run discard traps to convert the bricks that this deck will eventually draw. I tried a version with Gale + 3 snowman eater + 2 Legacy and dont run Diva at all. It performs pretty good against BW and Dragons and doesnt get owned by trap cards as hard
Upstarts seem counterintuitive. Diva hero has explosive plays but it does not have a lot of late game grind apart from the miracles. Upstart might prevent you from being able to otk someone and give them one more turn to find an out.
Finding the t1 Stratos is very important and your good hands are usually good enough that it doesn't matter if you OTK them, they won't be able to come back. The damage for sure comes up occasionally but I think the trade off of finding your starters earlier makes up for it, and there weren't any other 3 cards I felt confident in.
Drama breakdown waiting room. Also Upstart is based. Diva Hero is like 50% broken cards and 50% filler, so skewing the ratio towards the broken cards is definitely the way.
Congratulations on the top 8 finish! Vayu Turbo is a very difficult match-up for Diva Hero.
