Glads is one of those decks that should be a top tier deck at face value with excellent game one matchups across the board. The problem is that if you can't get that first attack through, then the deck struggles massively

Every time I think of Vandalgyon, I always think of bountiful Artemis. Really cool spin on a dragon deck, though. Wondering if vortex could be worth it. Understand it doesn’t help with VD, but from some of your games it looked like you were struggling with boards after drawing tools, bribe, etc - a board wiper that isn’t tt or force could be fine.

Congrats on the win. I wish the final match was more interesting but I have no regrets overall, I certainly hard sacked in R1 and Top8 with Dark armed DDV \ Oppression. I definitely should've scouted better because G1 in the finals I played as if you're on fairy which made me make a suboptimal decision in hindsight. My hand was - DD Crow, Bottomless, DDV, Sirocco, Grepher and I think my last card was Arma or Prison, don't remember. The normal play would be to DDV turn 1 if I know you're on Vayu, but since I assumed you're on fairy, I didn't want to Grepher into potential Orange that leaves me with dead DDV and Arma isn't good into recruiters. So I figured I'll just set BTH and see what you do then set Sirocco \ DDV next turn to guarantee it and even if you aren't on fairy I didn't think it's a terrible play. When you Heavy'd for 1 and summoned Grepher I thought I'm getting DDV'd so I crowed, and then you set a backrow passed - I was thinking whether I should summon Sirocco attack and what are the odds you still set that DDV and left a naked Grepher in the mirror like this, figured if it's BTH \ Prison would be really bad, I think I tried to resolve the DDV in hand too hard and was overthinking it, but I'm not sure how to evaluate the situation. Overall I felt safe with BTH Prison set after heavy was gone, little did I know I'd die next turn G2 I drew DD crow, Vayu and I believe Brain Arma MST Prison? I believe I set MST Prison pass something like this, I don't know if I should've summoned the Arma. You Grepher send Necro and I draw bottomless for turn, there I was thinking you either have more vayu pieces in hand or a caius, and I didn't have a better play so I used Brain, vayu rocco, then Arma for plague, still have Prison and crow in hand so I thought it's ok, but when you didn't necro it became weird, if I synchro with your Grepher it's a 3rd dark, I have to crow draw phase which means you can still draw 2 Arma and burial to make dad live again. Other thought was to make stardust give Grepher back, but then there's 2 Caius, or any dark in hand to send Plague, then I either crow the Plague and then you have 3 darks, or let you plague and crow something else. Wasn't really sure how to evaluate the odds better so I just synchro'd with Grepher and it didn't work out.
