The marks on shion's face and neck are from when his hair turned white just like the other guy was dead on the grass but he didn't die from it because nezumi cut out the thing on his neck.
Does the shion guy have Marie Antoinette syndrome? The myth thing where your hair can turn white within minutes if you go through enough stress and trauma, kinda like kaneki from Tokyo ghoul?

you should watch hitorjime my hero or dakaretai otoko no.1 odasareteimasu. both of these animes are yaoi/boys love.
