My old place, I was posted at Hydel power stn from 1995 to 2004 and played a vital role in renovation and modernization of the Hydel power plant. In this connection,I was deputed by DVC for inspection of Hydro Turbine at Alstom France. I had a very good memory with lots of colleagues ,working with me for O and M of power plants as well as Crest gates and under sluice gates for discharging water as and when required.
My father and some of my family members have worked in DVC, some have retired and some are still working. My birth place is Maithon Dam, I completed my education from DVC school and came to Delhi, now I live in Delhi but miss it and I thank you heartily for your valuable & precious services in DVC.🙏

आपलोगों ने डोकोमेंट्री बहुत अच्छी बनाई है, किन्तु कोयलांचल और धनबाद का अपलोगों ने जिक्र किया, बंगाल यानी कि शिल्पांचल में पड़ने वाली हाईडल का नाम नही लिया, अधिकांश पहाड़िया और दिप और माँ कल्यानेश्वरी मंदिर, मजुमदार निवास बंगाल में स्थित है, सभी उपलब्धियों को अपलोगों ने धनबाद जिला पहुँचा दिया। इतना ही नही डैम की नींव रखने वाले जवाहरलाल नेहरू का तो अपलोगों ने एकबार भी नाम नही लिया। तनख्वाह पाने वाले डीवीसी कर्मचारियों से तो अपलोगों ने बात की परंतु एक भी विस्थापित परिवारों तक कैमरा क्यों नहीं पहुँची।
ये डॉक्यूमेंट्री आधी अधूरी है।इसका सुरूवात 1948से नही बल्कि 1947से पहले मतलब आजादी से पहले maithon dam बनाने का काम सुरु हुवा था।ये बांध dvc ने नही बल्कि ब्रिटिश का बनाया हुवा है।ये पूरा dam आदिवासी और यहां के मूलनिवासी के जमीन पर बना हुआ है।और जबरन अधिग्रहण किया गया है।ये सच हे। उस समय के तत्कालीन pm पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने उदघाटन किया था।और ये csr के प्रबधक सफेद झूठ दिखा रहा हे।dvc के csr का कार्य मैथन के अगल बगल जितने भी ग्रामीण इलाके हे उसमे कोई भी devlopment का काम नही हुवा है।ये डैम सिर्फ और सिर्फ यहां के आदिवासी और मूलवासी के विनाश के कगार पर खड़ा हुआ बांध हे।ये कडूवा सच है।

This recent documentary, apart from plant statistics, have other information, like multi dimensional activities of hatchery 27:24 , social activities activities, nursery, and water sports Is truly wonderful. It's so different from thermal project which are prime source of position snd hardly any one likes to go there. Jharkhand has so many projects, like Tillaiya, Konar, Panchet. These too need coverage. Your team deserve big thanks. Bijay Noida.
