I think this method lends itself to being able to take your color combos and come up with our own ways of incorporating them into our art. What drew my attention to this picture is the beautiful antique look that it has! The color selection is so perfect. I can use those colors in that or anther picture that I want that antique feel. My pencil crush is the Prismacolor Muted Turquoise. I love, love, LOVE that color! And yeah for another reverse color along! I love this approach so much! Once again a GREAT color combo and to see the pallet come to life with examples, blend options, etc. is amazing. Something that would have been extremely helpful to me when I was a beginner beginner colorist and still is even now that I have been coloring for 4yrs. I find that we tend to fall back on the same colors/pallets all the time so this gives us license to try something out even if it is on a different page/in a different book. So happy that you were able to set-up the KoFi and that I could share that tidbit from the coloring community with you. I look forward to your videos and am soo happy that I found you. This is so stunning. I really love the colours you chose. I am glad you did not ruin the facing page of this book. LOL. You are truly the best teacher, you take the time to explain what you are doing and why. I have learned so much from you and I can see the improvement in the pages that I colour now. Your "experiments" always turn out beautifully. This reverse colour along method is truly amazing. My favourite colour/colours, because I have 2, are actually Prismacolour (I know!!!) Black Raspberry and Black Cherry. Keep these coming.

I really do not have a favorite book or artist, I just buy what I like. Everything you decide will be fine, even if I do not have the book I appreciate the color combos. I have a binder full of swatches and color combos divided by brands I've used or came across over the years. Have a beautiful Sunday 🥰
This is great! I’m a new colourist and have been doing my own version of reverse colour-alongs by watching people’s videos and writing down which colours they use then going back to do the colouring. This saves me a bit of time. Hopefully as I get more experienced I’ll create my own combos
