In the case of this motorcycle, the ground clearance with the Dominator increases by about 3-4 cm

Does it need an O2 eliminator or a fuel remap if you install the full system?

No it's not necessary. The collector has O2 sensor sockets and the bike works very well after replacing just the exhaust system. The dyno results in the video are without remap.
