That episode of Bustin’ Loose aired October 31, 1987. Coupled with the movie promo, and all the promos pointing toward the weekend/next week, this must have aired Oct. 28-30 or so. In addition, the music for the IRS PSA is very familiar… Was it used for the Ohio lottery program? Academic Challenge (WEWS)?
