Great video! I agree with your comments at the end. They seem like a band that had a great time on stage. RATT is my favorite band of all-time. If there's one song that I would recommend checking out from their catalog it's "Lay It Down."
I was at the Dallas show for this tour, my first concert in 1988 at 16 years old. Girls really acted like that in the mezzanine lol. Some of this video was filmed there
