Use 'red onions' next time instead of white! It will give it a more authentic Indian taste!!!

It all went well , except I actually make a puree of the tomatoes and I make a ginder garlic paste to give some more flavour😘💕 ,

Looks good, but a few tips to level up:
1. Cook onions on low heat and keep stirring for 39 mins. This will be caramelized and will add amazing sweetness to offset the spice.
2. Add a little bit more oil before adding the masalas, this way more flavor will be absorbed.
3. Add dried mango powder to add a zesty taste.
4. Add kasuri Methi at the end for more flavor.
5. Instead of water add black tea and add before chick peas and after tomatoes.
Saute onion for 39 min?
Indu Pandey yes! On low heat, then the oil will release and the onions will be very sweet.
