I've been a long haul trucker for 45 years . 4 boys and 2 daughters. Missed birthdays, holidays , and family outings and funerals. 4 kids still living.
Adopting a 4 year old boy and a ten year old girl...... Alot of rough times. Life goes on. The kids' mama has health problems; she lost her job. please Pray for her. Listen to Mr. Graham everyday. How true are these words mainly for these pandemic days we're living in!! Watching this sermon right on a moment in which more than 1,000 people die here in Brazil per day due to Covid virus. I've watched almost all the sermons by Rev. Billy Graham here on youtube with a deep desire of being myself one of those people from the public audience. It's extremely sad to know that a lot of people are passing away right now without God's forgiveness because they rejected the chances they had to receive Christ in their lifetime as their only Savior and Lord.

This was in Buffalo, New York in 1988. Today is 29th June 2024. Many years have passed by. The preacher rested back in 2018. Today I am 20 years old, in Nairobi, Kenya. I only came to know of Graham when I was 18 years old. It was through a female friend with whom I was in an educational workshop. Every time I turn on the Billy Graham classics, I wonder how it came to be that I would one day watch these great sermons. Sometimes, I wonder if there are any surviving congregants or what they were thinking or what time of the day it was, there worries, infirmities and troubles. But still, my mind is not carried away from understanding the good news of our Lord Christ. I am an Adventist from Kenya 🇰🇪 but still we're citizens of the world, brothers and sisters in the kingdom of heaven regardless of our races, geographical locations or financial status. I believe one day I'll be as old as Graham as he was then for the time is brief in a man's life. Keep praying, keep believing. 🙏🏼... please leave a comment and your location. Oh yes what Christians tend to forget "1000 years, in God's sight, is but one day." I often need to ponder on that, while studying Genesis. Too often people correlate one day to be 24 hours, but according to God's clock His day is 1000 years to us.

I’m sad I didn’t find his sermons before he passed. I would love to have met a man so filled with the Holy Spirit as Billy Graham but I hold out hope that perhaps we can meet in heaven and laugh about the fact that we ever worried on Earth at all.
