It is very interesting to me that fathers are only learning to navigate this balance now when working mothers have been doing this for years 😂
Now that men are more involved in parenthood maybe we will see more change in HR policies? If men had to be pregnant and give birth and breastfeed I’m sure we will have more than 16 weeks of paternity leave for sure 😂
