- In today's mario video we are going to look at the origin, secrets, timeline, story, lore, mysteries and history of the bosses seen in the #supermario games made by nintendo. Throughout the years there have been a lot mario games like super mario world, super mario 64, super mario sunshine, new super mario bros, new super mario galaxy, super mario 3d land, super mario 3d world, super mario run, super mario bros 3 and not too long ago they released the new super Mario odyssey for the nintendo switch which has all kinds of new characters like cappy and locations like the sand kingdom, new donk city and bowsers kingdom. In these games we have seen power ups like the fire flower, ice flower, super mushroom, mega mushroom, super star, hammer suit, spring mushroom and way more. But there were power ups that helped mario, luigi, toad, princess peach, rosalina and the others to escape bowser, the broodals, koopalings and bowser jr. I beat Mario Wonder 99% before I looked up anything on the game (the only thing I needed to look up for my first 100% was the Piranha Plant Parade secret exit, when I saw it was the only level I hadn't completed yet), but I knew about the Parachute Cap climb before I even got my first Royal Seed.

7:11 you can also do that with the floating high jump, just do the same without the extra R press, but you need to be really fast with the wall jumps
I have another myth in response to Myth #5: You can also scale walls with the floating high jump badge, and even with the jet run badge if you are good enough. I wonder if it is theoretically possible to do one-sided wall jumps without any badge. I’ve gotten close by hand, so I wonder if it’s possible using TAS.
The music isn't just different for the Sunbaked Desert. There's different music in different areas in all the worlds except for Shining Falls: Pipe-Rock Plateau has the underground segment including the KO arena, Fluff Puff Peaks music changes whether you're on the mountain or on the cloudy area, Fungi mines changes between the place when you first enter and the deeper ruins, and the music changes in Deep Magma Bog when you go as deep as you can. Even in Petal Isles, before you beat the game, if you go in the area right before Bowser (which includes a Boosting Spin Jump Challenge), the music will sound slightly different.
In the wiggler races, if you use the invisibility badge, wiggler won't speed up to try and catch you. Also, bowser jr. has special dialog if you are invisible in the castle levels

I’m not Wily, but I think this is plausible. What I think is that if only those two Yoshis are playing, and you are out of extra lives, you will game over, but under any other circumstance, you will not
Myth: there is a one up mushroom in every mail level in the game ( no badge and other levels )
Myth:the character you play as will clap to the beat if you stand still during the credits

Myth: If you get to bowser using the invisibility batch, he will tell you that he can see you anyway and it doesn't work on him.

#5 reminds me of a silly trick I discovered WAY back in Super Mario World for the SNES:
in the final "special" world, I think it's called "Funky", there are special "fruits" that don't appear anywhere else, which give you 20 extra seconds on the timer when Yoshi eats them.
that level also starts you out with only 200 seconds on the timer, instead of the usual 400!
now, you know how the music always speeds up when the timer drops to 100 seconds remaining?
guess what happens if you eat one of those "fruits" AFTER that?
when the timer drops to 100 again, THE MUSIC SPEEDS UP AGAIN!
with a little practice, you can make the music play 10 or 12 times faster than normal!

Thanks again as always! How about this one? During "A night at boo's Oprah" it's possible for king boo to sing his whole song and not be bothered and not harm any of the Noknoks! The Boo's don't count.

Myth: if you grab a elephant fruit in metal form, he doesnt scream WOWIE ZOWIE. You can find the metal form in Bowsers world

Myth: If you play in online mode with the invisibility badge, other people can't see you. Myth: If you enter a house where a poplin gives you a wonder seed with the invisibility badge, you will not be invisible. Fact: I love these mythbusting videos! Fun fact: Bowser junior has a secret dialogue for each of his battles if you enter them with the invisibility badge. Bowser also has a similar hidden dialogue for entering the final boss fight with the invisibility badge, this dialogue can be gotten in combination with the "My beloved!" dialogue.

This day has been pretty good so far, I had a good time with some friends and spoke to one I rarely get to see and now another amazing video from my favourite TH-cam channel (besides my own, obviously)
These myths have been very interesting, I can't think of anything NEW to suggest, but I could repeat a few older myths like the Mario 64 music reference in the final boss of Mario Wonder and the "can Gnawshers eat items" and stuff...
I enjoyed watching this, Wily, I hope all is well and if you ever want to do a video that isn't a myth busting one, I do have an idea if you're interested
(Also couldn't help noticing the smallest part of that myth wheel chart was "Myths of Waluigi" and I understand why as there's only a few about him... one big one is his origin story, despite Nintendo denying any blood relation between Wario and Waluigi since Mario party 5, I still see them as brothers and as for why Waluigi wasn't around until Mario Tennis, is that I think that Wario and Waluigi were separated as Baby Wario and Baby Waluigi and then found each other as long lost brothers shortly before the events of Mario Tennis, after all, just looking at them both you can see they look too alike to not be related, I may even attempt to make an animated video one day telling a story of how the Wario Bros found each other)

Myth: you can hear the music blocks if you have sound turned off but only if you have controller vibration turned on. apparently the vibrations make similar pitches to the note blocks or something like that and apparently the speed platforms also make music if you have vibration turned on.
We’ve confirmed that the controller does vibrate and makes sounds to the music blocks, so it seems possible
Myth: the Bone Goombas are immune to fireballs.

Myth: normally the bubble flower is encased in a bubble, but if you eat it as yoshi then spit it out, the bubble flower will no longer be in a bubble.
Myth:If you equip the invisibility badge on yoshi in the spike ball effect he will turn into a honda civic and hit the griddy. This only works in single player as GREEN yoshi

This is false, it does not work with Green Yoshi. However, I went ahead and tested it with everyone, and it actually *does* work with Yellow Toad, so it does happen, just not with the listed character
Oh, and you also need to be Turret Y. Toad for it work, BTW. This power-up can be obtained via a kaizo block at the secret exit of Dolphin Kick Challenge I

The talking flower in '' maw maw mouthfull '' that says in wonder form: "i discovered a new species'' will say "well then" if you die
Any talking flower will say that or something else like that if you die, they just need to be on screen.

In Robbird cove, in the wonder effect where the water and air swap, the urchins go out of water and behave like rolling spike balls, but when they are out of water and confused, could you defeat them using an elephant fruit, a fire flower, or a drill mushroom? And what if yoshi tries to eat a dark koopa troopa from the cosmic clone wonder effect?
Not really a myth but something cool to try regardless:
step 1: get a Bubble flower into your inventory slot
Step 2: go to an outdoor level ( you should have lots of space above you and either side of you)
Step 3: Make sure you have the floating high jump badge (to make it easier)
Step 4: Face the way you want to go ( left or right)
step 5: Equip bubble suit and shoot a bubble ( Try to avoid touching the movement controls for this step)
step 6: Hold R
Note : I might be wrong and if i doesn't work try pressing R quickly and repeatedly

Myth: there are 4 ways to infinite wall jump:parachute cap ,grapple vine ,floating high jump, and jet run badges

You should try to see if there is an invisible 1up in bowser's rage stage!
Myth: you can gain infinite height by using the jet run badge and bubble flower and spin jumping onto the bubble
When you use the Expert badge that makes you run, if you shoot a fireball/bubble you change direction. (Or it slows you down to help you turn around I don’t remember.)

Myth: powerup balloons stay in the level after you get a game over
When using Peach or Daisy with the Elephant power-up.
Only they have heart-shaped soles under their feet.
This could be seen as a reference to both Peach & Daisy having the heart item in Double Dash.
Sure, the heart item has been used by others such as in Tour.
This wasn't really a gameplay thing, just more of a little trivia reference.
The heart-shaped soles under Elephant Princesses could serve as their love for Mario & Luigi, but I think it more sense to serve as a callback to the Princesses having the heart item in Double Dash.
Plus, both of these items can help deflect certain attacks, except heart item is Automatic & the Elephant is Manual.

I didn't lose all my lives until I got to special world. When I did lose all my lives, I was still able to play despite having 0 lives. I left went to a regular level and game overed there and then could I didn't have infinite lives anymore.
Myth: if you never game over until special world, you have infinite lives in special world.
Myth: If you go away from a talking flower and come back it will say the same thing but from the start
Myth 4 next vid: In the level where you push the moving blocks to get something, if Toad is in the drill form and is drilled in the part where the blocks go and Elephant Daisy pushes the blocks into where Toad is drilled in, will Toad die or will Toad be under the blocks?

Myth: it's related to the one discussed in 5:10 , the music in World 6 (Deep Magma Volcano) is also different when you're at the bottom floor of the world in the map

Myth: in Super Mario Bros Wonder if you play as Green Yoshi and press up down up left down right Yoshi will not be invincible any more
and can die make sure to do it in the world map.
Myth: if you stand on a slope in outmaway vallen at the halfmark,and dont crouch there Will be a special animation! I dont know if it works on an other slope but I tested it there and found ir there

Prob already knew this but ig you have water in your trunk as elephant mario, you can see it leaking (Bonus) If you make a skeddadlers seed go super fast, and make a yoshi eat it then you can play "Ping Pong" by repeatedly spitting it out
You can also wall climb with jet run, just hold run, direction, and jump
Myth: you can kill lava bubbles with the bubble flower even though lave pops the bubbles

Myth: in the final battle bowser's rage stage, when you hit bowser his eyes will turn into X's for a short time. This only happens in the first 2 fazes though, so pay attention!

Myth: There's actually a secret area. You can unlock that is usually blocked off. In the level Where the ginormous spike ball chases you You have to use a spike ball in order to break the wall

Can you use the drill power up and the grapple vine badge in Deep Magma Bog Special Solar Roller to skip the Wonder Flower? P.S. you have to grapple vine the wall above the Wonder Flower and then once you reach the bottom, drill into the ground and go past the bricks by breaking them.

You can actually die in the end credits, instead of mario using the powerups mario uses the stars he gets when walking over the credit names, so all you have to do is avoid as many names as possible, get to a part where you can lose stars and deplete your star count below zero, then mario is dead for real

I have another myth about the Skedaddler acorns. Can two Yoshi shoot a black and red Skedaddler acorn back and forth without it losing its speed?

Here’s a myth: do you get some super duper secret 25th badge if you get all the stars in the credits? An example would be an only star badge.

Wonder what happens upon taking damage whilst already not having any stars? I must say the credits level at the end is like in Undertale. My myth is that you can whack or stomp on Bowser Juniour when he is transforming even though this is probably definitely not something that would work.
