I know this because his Bankai is immature, & and it takes 20 years for any bankai to mature.

And 100 years before the main story Urahara is banished and Shinji is turned into a Visored. And Gin does not become a Captain until just after Rukia becomes a Soul Reaper. At which point Toshiro has now joined the Academy. So according to the story Toshiro cannot be more than 70 years old.
