550g(19.4oz) sweet cheese with 27% fat
450g(15.8oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
350g(12.3oz) cream with 30% fat
150g(5.2oz) sugar
50g(1.7oz) cornstarch
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
Optional: raisins
