    Having a document that just talks about problems is a great idea! Makes a lot of sense to understand the problem first (in depth) before coming up with any kind of solution. It might slow things up though, but have a better impact on the final product. Will definitely try it in my company. Thanks for the insights!

    Agar Mera yah message meesho Tak ja raha hai to please aap apni return policy ko update kijiye usmein kuchh sudhar kijiye kyunki rong return aur return bahut jyada hote hain aapki policy ki vajah se hamen bahut jyada problem face karna padati hai kyunki 50% return Ho jaate Hain product aur jyadatar case mein log froad karne ke chakkar mein return karte Hain to ismein kuchh sudhar kijiye

    Amazing, the entire video is about price price price!! Do you even speak about sellers? Does customer know about sellers too?
    On the platform, price competition forces the seller to sell items for ₹80, seller also pays ₹80 for shipping, and if customer returns it then seller pays ₹150 extra. With 90% of customers returning on Meesho, because they buy it for fun, just to test and return. Every seller is at loss with this heavy shipping reverse shipping model.
    In addition, no seller gets an item sold unless they run ads on Meesho, because thats the only way how Meesho makes money. They make new sellers spend heavily on ads, make them disappointed with heavy customer returns losses, and then the seller leaves. How does any seller make a profit with this business model when the only USP of Meesho is that its cheap?
    The seller selection you said, only sellers who lost their business who does clearance sale are selling on Meesho. Do you guys even speak about sellers? Do you interact with sellers as a Product Head?
    Are customers even educated about seller side of story before they order for fun and returns it?

    Price is secondary, as sellers are struggling, because of your company's wrong return policy.
    No matter how much you sugarcoat it, essentially sellers are getting charged for problems because of your platform. Every day it just lures more sellers into selling, while many leave.
