Thanks for the comparison! I'm in the weathering stage on Andy's Easy Eight and it's a great kit. You can position the periscopes however you want, or leave them loose and turn them as you see fit. The only negative in my Andy's kit is the decals were thick and I had a heck of a time getting them to look right.
Have you seen the hobbyboss tiger ? It came out a few years ago unfortunately i picked one up before the I knew the andys crew was making one. It was a nightmare the instructions were hard to follow then the undersized screws to build the road wheels and final drives and there issues with the springs and torsion bars once I threw the instructions away i built it as a normal tank should be built. I have three of the andys takom shermans now i don’t need fight with the I heart kits.
