A lot of trashy pop/rap/hip hop/R&B "music" videos can get over a million views in 24 hours, but one of Red's biggest hits only gets 400k+ in 3 months? People need to realize that lip syncing, stuttering, shitty lyrics, autotune, cursing, and half-naked girls are not signs of musical talent. Yes, I understand that perception of music, art, drama etc. depends on the person, but think about what you're listening to. Unlike the viral crap, Red's songs have deep lyrics, can be interpreted in different ways, have a unique style, and a lead singer with an insane vocal range (check him out in concert if you don't believe me).
Plus there's no double guitar spins in rap videos!

taylor antley Thing is, this music isn't for the masses. The general populace loves feel good catchy songs that don't take much thought to appreciate. This is a trend I've noticed even among viral songs.
Ex: Bruno Mars' ''Grenade'' is extremely popular and has amassed 100s of millions of view in a few years, and is a thoughtful, deep song. Why, then, does his hit ''Uptown Funk'', a catchy jive with no meaning, have twice the views in a fraction of the time? Because it's catchier and can be played in more situations like parties than a song of heartbreak. And I say this as an avid listener of both songs.
Another one...why is ''Coco'' popular at all? It's a stupid song, so how can so many folks listen to it? Because it's senseless and catchy as hell. I only needed to hear half of it one time to recognize it anywhere.
Also, the image of being an ''emo'' genre also keeps many away. It is wrong, but true. And even more, not everyone appreciates the sound. If I had found this album 2 years ago, I would not have liked a single thing about it. Much like how many dislike the sounds of country, EDM, or pop, many dislike the rock\metal sounds.

Saw these dudes a lot back in the day - took my 12 year old niece to her first rock show to see Red and we made her a little cardboard sign for the show saying it was her first rock concert etc.. she ended up being a little star of the show and the band got her on stage at the end of the show and everyone cheered for her. It was awesome I’ll never forget that simple gesture of kindness. Thank you Red members

Man, that was awesome! RED always has the most epic music videos, but this one takes it to a new level. That double guitar spin! And the twist ending! Oh my gosh, I think I actually freaked out a little bit. Make sure you've seen the Feed The Machine and Release The Panic videos before you see this.

Been listening to Red for several years now, back when I was only allowed to listen to Christian music. I've always preferred rock music in all it's variations,so I was so happy to find this band. Their sound transcends genres.

there's not much in the way of screamo on this album, but every song is heavy in its own way, and at least half of them include screaming of some kind. Imposter, What You Keep Alive, Gravity Lies, and Fight To Forget are some of the heaviest.

This album "Of Beauty And Rage", is hands down my favorite. No wonder they won the Dove Awards for best album of 2015. It's just straight up banger from start to finish. And This is def. my favorite song off the album. The video they made for this song is absolutely incredible. I've lost counts of how many times I've seen ever since its release. I can't wait for the new album "Rated R" coming out spring of this year.
This is a really creative and idea provoking video. I love videos that take the time to craft a intriguing story-line rather than something that feels like a waste of time and cheaply put together just because.

I still have White Heart as my top Christian rock group and even saw Petra early in their career but I have grown apart from the Church lately and missed recent developments musically. I used to really like also Whitecross and Bride but that is probably showing my age. LOL

A long time? I don't think I've ever heard one that powerful before or since, with such an impressive dynamic and chromatic range. And I've listened to a lot of bands. Certainly not the largest range, but certainly the best I've ever heard, in my objective opinion.
(Also, there's an argument that this is a post-grunge band and rock is dead, but that's kind of irrelevant.)

Red isnt a christian band anymore. They sid in an interview they dont consider themselves a "christian band". They also said they are straying away from the christian markets and radio play.
Well there are some great Christian groups. I'm a Christian and glad there's decent Christian music since I can't enjoy most secular songs (modern ones mainly, that is).

After Release the Panic, I was scared for this band. I felt like they were going into a techno sort of stage like Linkin Park (who's absolute shit now). But hey! You guys proved me wrong! I love every single song on of Beauty and Rage!
I think the coolest thing about this record is that they still kept some of the techno elements from RTP. They're not quite as pronounced, and they mix with the strings, but they're still there. I think if they had done this to begin with, adding to their sound instead of changing it, RTP would have been an incredible album.
You obviously haven't heard The Hunting Party, Linkin Park owns it- even now.

So what if this new RED album sounded like their previous one? They are free to choose the style they are progressing into, and it's probably time you learn accepting that. There is a difference between expressing why you dislike something, and saying "absolute shit".

String instruments at the end of the video remind me of yet another brilliant Rob Graves influence. Familiarity of Rob's talents for me dates back to 2004 where you can basically hear almost the identical strings ensemble on a website through this music group called VAST. Rob helped them creatively as well.

What a video!! What a song! I love the way it moves into Feed The Machine! This to me is up there with one of the best songs by Red ever!! It's also one of the best albums alongside End of Silence!! I love the intro and outro of the album, the Pieces-like ballad of "Of These Chains", the song Part That's Holding on which resembles a bit of Best Is Yet To Come, then Impostor and Falling Sky having traits from Feed The Machine! This album gets a 9.5 out of 10 from me! Red have officially overtaken Linkin Park as my number 1 band with this album! I was hyped up for it and I wasn't disappointed!

Looking back now, this may end up being Red's greatest album of all. Interestly it threw me off when it first came out, I purchased the CD right away and it took a while to grow on me. Now revisiting it 8 years later I can appreciate the thought, creativity, and countless hours of work they put into it. Incredible album!

guys, has anyone noticed that the masked hooded demon guys in this video kind of look like the army of death in the Skillet Rise lyric video? wouldn't it be awesome if Skillet and Red made a movie together about an apocalyptic world where people fight for survival and they included their music videos in it? for example, like the demon guys imprison one guy in a house. then queue the Already Over music video. also, have one of the guys being chased by one of the demons, only to find out that the demon who is chasing him is his own self. then roll the Death of Me video. and also tie the three music videos Darkest Part, Feed the Machine, and Release the Panic together. and then have one guy get captured by the demons and put into a hospital where the demons do tests on him. then queue the Skillet Monster video. at the end, when the humans revolt against the demons, roll the Skillet Rise lyric video. i could go on forever and form a whole plot for a miniseries! THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN!

A long time ago I placed an ad in a musicians wanted paper and was contacted by this band. Years later I remembered how good their version of Ordinary World was and googled it and was shocked but NOT shocked at how big this band became. It would of been an honor to join these guys but at the risk of their path having been changed I'm glad things happened as they did!

I understand that some people are mad that this music video hasn't gotten anywhere near as many views as mainstream music does. But one reason I like red and bands similar to them is because I like that they're not bands or music that everybody just flocks to. They're music actually has a lot of depth and meaning, and it is different. It's in a way, deviant from society. That's why I like them.
