Salaam brother Latif, I’m a Pakistani cook who loves to cook food from all over the world!!! Let me tell you I made this today and Mashallah Just so so yummy!!!! Well done and thank you for sharing this finger licking good recipe.
Cooked this tonight for the family. Gotta say this was one of the best currys I've had in recent memory. Cheers Latif, great dish, everyone loved it and will most certainly be doing again 10/10 👍🏼
I've tried 3 or 4 of your recipes so far and they're banging mate. All this time in the house because of lockdowns. Youve got me inspired bro. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to try this. 👍
Oh man. I've just watched this video and my mouth is watering soooooooo badly. If my wife and kids would eat lamb then I would be having a go at cooking this all the time. Love the channel. Keep the recipes coming. 👍
That looks fantastic Latif, it's definately going on the menu in my house. I'm really enjoying your traditional Bangladeshi dish videos, keep them coming👍👍👌👌
Love your "cooking school", Latif. I have been learning so much from you about some of our favorite Indian dishes, and my family are enjoying the fruit of my labors following on the fruit of your labors. I love that you are still excited about Indian cuisine even though you must spend thousands of hours in the kitchen. No other cuisine has the exquisite spice blending and mixing of Indian cuisine, and quite frankly none of our local Indian restaurants (good as they are) can measure up to the flavor I can get at home following your recipes. Also, as an American, I love the little Briticisms you use, esp. 'flavorsome, moreish, peckish and lovely'. My wife grew up in England so I'm very familiar with these ways of talking about food, but it's great to hear them outside of her family. ;) Peace out, bra, and keep up the good work.
Thanks for these videos. I was born in England then spent my early years in Singapore and my mother learned Malaysian style cooking and I so miss her curries and miss British Indian food too. My mouth waters at your dishes! Best wishes from the Caribbean!
Serious jealousy factor when you're doing the taste test.....!! Many thanks for a great recipe which I'm going to "bank" until I get my next lamb consignment from my niece, I think those off cut bits are vital to the flavour and I don't want to cook it without them!! Big thumbs up to you Latif!!!
Thank you for continuing to bring us phenomenal recipes. You are turning me into a fantastic cook if I say so myself. My kitchen has never smelled better. 😊
Oh wow! That was amazing! Thank you so much for your channel and the wonderful, down-to-earth instruction. My husband & I used to work near Brick Lane and we really miss the great BYOB restaurants and yummy food. We’re near Chicago now, and it’s just not the same - so I’m going to try lots more of your recipes. Thank you and be well.
I love the way you give your dishes the proper time necessary to cook to full flavor and the care to add spices and herbs at stages along the way. Thes dish looks so delicious.
Mr Latif is the coolest kid on the block! He’s far away from me nut maybe one day I will meet this Che! He’s cool and willing to give without hiding anything. Also he knows the limitations here in the UK with cuisine but adopt his cooking style and that I have the greatest respect! Finally he does pretend to be high tech with all shining utensils. Thank you Mr Latif
I liked this video before I even started watching it. That’s how much I enjoy your videos! Great as always. Make a cookbook please and don’t forget to include your mums traditional Keema Aloo Curry (the Authentic Bengali way)!
Just sitting here waiting to be inspired by Latif. I'm never disappointed! Just made butter chicken from scratch for the fam last night, my 4th homemade Indian dish,, can't wait to see what we've got in store for us tonight!
Yeah. My Welsh lamb stew tastes even better the next day. It sort of matures. I imagine this is a sort of spiced stew that would do the same. A bit of a treat due to the cost of lamb nowadays. Can't wait to try this recipie. Thanks for the demo.
I can’t believe how you surpass your last video! Your food is amazing and iv selected so many as favourites to cook for myself and family ! Who doesn’t love a curry 🍛! But the whole set of food you do is mouth-wateringly delicious! Between madhur jafferys curry bible ! Which Iv owned for around 12 years and your selection of treats ! I’ll be able to knock up a tantalising set of dishes we’d be more than happy to eat ! So thanks and I look forward to more food !
This looks amazing. No matter how many times I’ve tried making an authentic curry at home it’s never quite the same m. I’m going to give this a go. Thanks
