1 KG LAMB BACK CHOPS
0.5 CUP OIL
1 TBS GHEE
2 MEDIUM ONION
3 BAYLEAF
6-8 CLOVE
6-8 CARDIMON
4 CINNAMON (Casia bark)
2 TBS GINGER
3 TBS GARLIC
3-4 CHOPPED TOMATO
2 MEDIUM SIZE POTATO
8-10 GREEN CHILLI1
HANDFULL CORIANDER
WATER AS EXPLAINED FROM THE VIDEO.
2 TSP SALT
1 TSP TURMERIC
2 TSP CURRY POWDER (I ADDED 1 TSP ON VIDEO HOWEVER I RECCOMEND YOU ADD 2 TSP)
1 TSP CUMIN
3 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASSALA
1 TSP KASOORI METHI - บันเทิง

I have been learning so much from you about some of our favorite Indian dishes, and my family are enjoying the fruit of my labors following on the fruit of your labors. I love that you are still excited about Indian cuisine even though you must spend thousands of hours in the kitchen. No other cuisine has the exquisite spice blending and mixing of Indian cuisine, and quite frankly none of our local Indian restaurants (good as they are) can measure up to the flavor I can get at home following your recipes. Also, as an American, I love the little Briticisms you use, esp. 'flavorsome, moreish, peckish and lovely'. My wife grew up in England so I'm very familiar with these ways of talking about food, but it's great to hear them outside of her family. ;) Peace out, bra, and keep up the good work.

Thanks for these videos. I was born in England then spent my early years in Singapore and my mother learned Malaysian style cooking and I so miss her curries and miss British Indian food too. My mouth waters at your dishes! Best wishes from the Caribbean!

I made this earlier this evening along with some roti, amazing recipe! I added extra green chillies and a scotch bonnet. Will 100 percent make again.

Yeah. My Welsh lamb stew tastes even better the next day. It sort of matures. I imagine this is a sort of spiced stew that would do the same. A bit of a treat due to the cost of lamb nowadays. Can't wait to try this recipie. Thanks for the demo.
