I found the solution to this problem, format your ps5 and After installation, first turn off syncing game save data. - settings -saved data and game/application settings -sync saved data -disable automatically sync saved data

Edit: For those who would be wondering; my PS5 was brand new but this error occurred. I sent it to the warranty and they have given me a new one instead and no error so far.
@@jeremyangel7562 I got the console from the spot market because of lacking stocks here in Turkey (it's impossible to find in a technological market). The shop has given me its own warranty, I think he has replaced it with another from his own stock. Maybe, he will get the broken one changed with new one from wherever he bought which was also under Sony Eurasia warranty.
I don't think its a Ram issue since i can play literally any other game but it crashed on me for Bloodhunt which is nothing compared to Ratchet and Clank in 4K
This is DEFINITELY not a RAM issue, I tried downloading a game plus my cloud saves on a BRAND NEW PS5, and the game (Horizon Forbidden West) crashed with the CE-108255-1 error in EXACTLY the same place that it always does. It is almost certainly a software issue. Either a corrupt game save or a corrupt game file from the download on PSN. Either way, the only proper fix would come from a game developer or from SIE directly as a firmware update.
Guys I'm on my 4th model now, I feel like gamestop thinks I'm scamming them, I had an og model I bought and it kept crashing , one day while playing spiderman 2 ( Riker island cutscene ) my ps5 froze, shut its self down and said it wasn't ahit off properly, I traded it in for the slim bundle gamestop had at the time, it did the same thing, I got my 2nd slim and again..... it's so frustrating so I took my 2nd slim and got a digital slim with an attachable disc drive, 1 month in and fortnite and again spiderman2 had crashed on me. For those playing ark on solo mod i found a way to save your game before logging out that works 100% (for myself even if i get CE-108255-1 error screen after logging out) Just enable admin comands on your solo mode and spam ''saveworld'' in the command tab before leaving the game ✌️

This error is sometimes with new games. Doesnt not need to do all these shit. It does not work. The code is a memory error for a in game or b the ps it self. If it is the ps itself. Only sony can fix this.

Try deleting the games and reinstalling with the latest update
