The video is long because it's not just a fish fry recipe. This also contains lots of little nuggets of information on various topics like masala blends, storing fish, cuts of fish. Please Don't treat this video like thousand other recipe videos available in the internet.
Sorry to say you don't know the essence of Kerala cusine..it is hard to accept someone commenting like this without knowing anything in and out about the cusine.. She made the exact Malabari fish fry..being a foreigner I tasted this multiple times.. and this is the best combination to eat with rice.. Heavenly❤❤❤
