This is amazing. The past decade has been unbelievable for less-bulky high-quality gear. I’ve used a ‘91 Peavey classic-50 4x10, since 2005 & it’s just too heavy to lug around these days. This solves problems & sounds amazing.
Put on my pedal board long ago. Never looked back. Use cioks dc-7 24vdc out to the amp. Customized the cable that would normally bridge to the dc4 or dc8. And have a 12vdc going to other power input of the amp. When i switch off the 24v, the amp reverts back to the lower wattage setting for home practice. I also use the boss xlr wireless when wanting go to a powered cab or house board.
It's always been wild to me when people say that something 25 or 30 watts isn't giggable. Unless you're trying to send crystal clear guitar to a room of 500 with no PA behind you, it's just fine. Hell, I haven't played a show in like 10 years where the amp wasn't mic'ed up, but that might just be the area I'm in
Pretty sure it's a mic'd cab for all of the clips you hear in this video. I'm very interested (and concerned) about the sound quality of the XLR line out. If it's not decent, it's likely a deal breaker for me.
All the power of a 25-watt amp in a pedalboard-friendly footprint 💥 What's your favorite tone from Nick's demo?
JMP
@@84slow I've found the JMP and AC top Boost are pretty similar. Not owned a Marshall so cant verify the likeness
This is the most effective and 'to-the-point" Superblock UK demo I've seen. I'm convinced and itching to get one!!

I recently purchased a Quilter 101R from Sweetwater and I Love it. This will be my next purchase, thanks guys.
Nick. Your presentation, demonstration, playing, and humor are spot on! Sold!
Great demo Nick! You highlighted all the features and functionality of the SuperBlock while using some tasty chops!

Quilter is a Southern California company for the record.
With Chinese manufacturing. Thank your local unions

God demo. Nice playing.
WOW that thing sounds phenomenal! The lad playing it isn't a slouch either!
Love this dude
🇬🇧
Was waiting for this one...
Nick, you’re the bomb, my friend.
NICK! you are the man!
Nick is looking lean and mean in 2022.
*GREAT VIDEO!*
hard sell for folks that like a clean sound platform?
one day, our mobile phones will be powering the speaker cabs.
😂😂😂
That’s your million dollar idea
Did he say whether the demo was using the cab sim or a mic'd cab?
I waited and waited and waited but it never came so I canceled my Sweetwater order
Can it do clean tones?
Cleans up nicely
It’s only Rock & Roll…..but I like it 🎸🎸🎸
US version any vid soon ?
Is it available in India...is it with a good reverb
The reverb is very lush as well as the rest of this amp head sounds great paired with a 10 or twelve” Jensen p10r speaker
Is the sound coming from the DI-out or from a miced cab?

Towards the end of the video he states that he is playing through a quilter cab with 10" speaker
@@56brever yep my personal experience is it sounds good with a 10 or twelve” Jensen p10r
Ok…..I want one now
Ugh. I really should just order mine...
Go for it and please while you're at it can you let us know how you get on? cheers :)
will an amp like this work at a club or bar gig? im worried ill need more watts even if its plugged into a cab i have a loud drummer
If your drummer is playing loud enough for you to wonder if you need a louder amp than this, good luck!
Gotta love this boomer, hilarious and awesome! Keep rocking!
Left handed guitars look obscene to me but the dude can play and the quilter sounds good
This guy irks me for some reason.
It's that he's a lefty... You're an anti-leftite! 😂
@@antonego8356 no, I'm a lefty myself. He just irks me, the end.
Canadian? Um, nope.
