I made one using a coupler nut the same size as the car's lug nuts. It attaches with an M8 x 1.25 button head hex-drive bolt. No bulky hex bolt and nut so it's very low profile.
okay lang yung drill pero may tendency yan to overheat. lagyan mo nalang ng grasa yung threads. Never use impact drivers / impact wrench sisirain nun ang threads ng jack mo.
Thank you sa input sir Angelo. May binili talaga akong ratchet wrench para dyan. Yung sa drill ipinakita ko lang na pwede sya gamitin bilang alternatibong paraan. Inilagay ko sa low speed yung setting para sakto lang. Bihira lang din naman gamitin hehe.

Made a similar driver from an old spark plug socket. Works well.
Clever idea! You'll get some extra space between the ratchet and the rocker panel.
