- The Norwegian championship athletics 2024 5000m final in Jakob Ingebrigtsens home town, Sandnes. The event took place 29.06.2024 in Sandnes Stadion. Jakob Ingebrigtsen set a new course record on Sandnes Stadion, 13:14.36.

Realy good perf from the 2nd Narve who run 3 k alone in front ! Much easier to Jakob, but still my favorit runner for sure 🇫🇷

not a fast time - the pace was slow. Ingebrigtsen was fast at the end.
are nordas and Ingebrigten in the same team?? i thougth they are not the best friends
Not same team. Jakobs father, who the Ingebrigtsen brother have acccused of abuse, and have no contact with, is training Nordås and Svela
@@bambus0404 i know the story with his dad, the new coach of Nordås and Svela. so they train at another place??.Because i saw they wore the same trikot as Jakob did and startet for "Sandnes".
@@MariusGerstner Same club, but not same training group. When they go on camps with the national team, such as altitude training in Spain, they are in the same group, but probably have separate sessions since their training is pretty individualized. There was a minor confrontation between Narve/Svela and Henrik last year (instigated by Henrik), and a bunch of back and forth between athletes and the federation about ensuring equal treatment. The relationship between Nordås and Jakob themselves doesn't seem hostile, Nordås called it "non existent" when asked by Norwegian media.
@@MariusGerstner sometimes they train at the same place (Sandnes stadium or when training at altitude) but they try to avoid it. But yes, they all run for the same club, Sandnes IL.
@kimaboe when two groups trys to avoid each other than you can t call the relationship "non existent".

Demanding is a weird way of putting it. Athletes celebrate like he does all the time.
@ The incident I was referring to was when they were only just about three quarters through the race. Of course they deserve applause at the end as long as they’re gracious. He often isn’t.
