      @@MotorqueIndia hi, nice work, just a question Did you take off the AC Compressor, or you didn't??

      It is easy...only issue is the egr cooler can be a pain as the bolts are well hidden

    I think its recommended you replace every 80,000 miles, if thats the case i will replace mine when i replace the plastic manifold thats cracked a known fault on these engines, Mr Mercedes designed a wonderfully compact engine that is so difficult to maintain !

    Hi Thanks for the earlier advice - that worked well. The bracket you removed at 2.48 - 2.51 has a bolt that so deep seated - How did you remove this bolt. And what size E socket did you use. Thank you very much.

    Hi, Great job - please advise - must I drain the all oil from the sump pan and then change this part - or can I leave the oil in?

    Hi the pipe you remove at 1.22 minutes - the side bolts - there’s one that I just can’t get out, I’ve loosen it slightly. What tools did you use to remove these bolts. Thanks.

      Hey..i think you have some issue with your glow plugs or with fuel supply..1st start diagnose with glow plugs after that check your fuel supply and injectors diesel return..i think this may help you with starting problem..and your oil temprature sensor is in oil level monitoring sensor

    Why you have to replace the oil cooler? And if it’s bad, what’s going to happen if you don’t replace it ?

    • @MotorqueIndia
      @MotorqueIndia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Engine oil was mixing with Engine coolant...due to oil mixing with coolant there is so many risk of overheating blockage in coolant pipes, radiator...in some cases engine failure too..

      Isn't neccesary to drain oil for change this...but you need to change engine oil after replacing oil cooler some time some coolant goes in via oil cooler slots of coolant
