We recently moved to doing Google Sheets while in the past we used Trello or our own other things lol. One Board of Director (usually the tournament host) keeps track of all the scores.
Anyone can participate but just need to be there at the right time, and the top 10 bowlers (or everyone if there are only 10 bowlers) move on to match play, then stepladder.
You can still join even if you aren’t in the discord. There is also a RBA Roblox Group which tournaments are also sometimes posted there also www.roblox.com/groups/9556688/RBA-Roblox-Bowling-Alliance#!/about
