Thanks Jim, no problem at all! By the way Phatx.com is a Canadian company so you may want to source the same parts from MyTrailBuddy.com Tboltusa.com and others - to avoid paying for shipping/customs.
Hi Jeff, I am just waiting for my weatherproof wire connectors for the wire harness; as soon as they come in the mail I will have the final video out shortly thereafter. I ordered them a couple weeks ago, so they should be in soon. I did procrastinate a little bit!
Hi Justin, the forks were bought new at phatmx (canadian website). I think many companies supply them in the USA too, probably - tboltusa, trailbuddy, chpmotors etc. The bars are the stock 1979 honda CT70 handlebars! The bar mount holes on the forks are slightly too wide for the narrow bars so the bar mounts are not seated fully, and they are not grabbing the splines imprinted on the handlebar. So I have to find new bars, or specialty bar mounts, or modify the bar mounts.

Did you ever find different handlebars that fit properly? I have the same forks and am trying to find the perfect size handlebars that are tall enough.
Hi Dylan, I will get back working on the bike this summer, I want to try and weld something up so I can use the original 1979 bars. Though if I cant make it work with relative ease I will find some new bars. I have seen quite a few people put some very tall risers on these bikes with the inverted forks - that is always an option.
Hey Jeff, I have Michelin Reggae tires on this bike, I have normal tubes in them, works great. Be careful to not pinch the tube between the split rims when you bolt them together. I think in most cases tubes in tubeless tires will work just fine.

Makes sense. I actually just ordered some Pro Taper tall bars from phatmx. Just gotta find some tall risers
Also my tires just got here I got kenda 2 ply they say tubeless. Are these similar to yours? Do you run them like normal just with a tube?
