Awesome recipe. I took it upon myself to translate into English the whole making of the above dish :
A) Large prawns shelled and washed with water. Add ground turmeric to the washed prawn , mix it thoroughly and then add water and rinse out the water from the prawns.
B) Get freshly grated coconut flakes and mix it with bread crumbs made from crushed dried buns/croissant-like-buns and set aside.
C)Separately, get corn flour and mix in ground toasted red chillies, ground rock salt and ground pepper. Add in the prawns and coat it well all over each prawn.
D) In a separate bowl/plate break eggs into it and lightly beat it.
How they made it:
Take each prawn from C, dip it in the beaten egg (D) then coat it in B then fry it in purely/organically processed sesame oil or what is known in Tamil Nadu as gingelly oil until golden and crisp.
