As a fellow Marvin player, veeery solid playstyle. I did figure out some of those confirms you are doing and it truly be very good. Must ask what perks you commonly use? I use the button and the air up attack aim perks usually. Not sure on the other ones, but for safety went with the projectile shield + armor break for stuff like WW
Honestly don’t play to much in Airs, most of every Joker I went up against always use his air tools as they do the most big damage. If Joker use his bomb card use plasma ball to counter against it. And don’t use your ship when joker is near you as he would just hit you with crowbar with balloon.

Amazing montage with Marvin (The reason why the projectiles don’t hit is because when they dodge it, it makes the projectiles practically do nothing.)
Yep. Even using him I noticed that. Its not something exclusive to him. As soon they are dodged/parried, their hitbox basically disappears

Surprisingly not that bad I never played with him in beta and I picked him up pretty well I’d just use the perk that lets you aim his up special
Marvin is sick. Have you gotten the glitch where you can trap an enemy inside the bubble like a projectile? They just float off the stage

Yeah when they dodge the projectile for some reason that projectile doesn't hit them even if it comes back or blatantly hits them again
