Achicha is a sumptuous delicacy eaten in the eastern part f Nigeria. It is made from dried coco yam and eaten with any legumes and choice vegetables. without the fish, it is a good healthy vegetarian diet.
For best result, the scent leaf and oil bean ( akpaka ) go best with it but when abroad, feel free to improvise; after-all, cooking is dynamic. xoxo
