    Believe it or not, saint Augustine, 4th century Catholic bishop of Hippo in north Africa, said all of this first (say guys he looked like Barack Obama). But here's what he said and I quote: "The present is something we create for ourselves, over and over again. Time is a property of mind." Augustine says that what we call 3 tenses of time are really only one: Memory/past, Attention/present, and future/expectation. Therefore time is nothing more than mental tension.

      But how do you explain the things happening despite us seeing or feeling them?
      You are explaining what our mind and brain is seeing or perceiving, what about the outside world where things are unfolding without our control.
      I think time is based on fluctuations and movement of energy. No fluctuations in energy, no time. It's more like activities create time. Everything is in constant motion in the universe so time Exists.

    I was in the hospital once, because of a cluster headache. They gave be pain medicine and other medication but it wouldn’t stop. So one of the doctors decided to give me some ketamine. Let me tell you. I could feel time and I’d go do something like say turn on the TV and I would know what was going to be on the TV. It felt as if I was living in a moment that I could swear I had done it before. I said if you could go back and forth in time then that’s what I was feeling. Almost like the human brain could not understand it. Was odd and I mean seriously weird.

    • @Abraxas47
      @Abraxas47 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ketamine is some crazy stuff. I took a walloping dose once and started off watching a digital clock, and as i looked, i stopped being able to read the numbers, then i forgot what numbers were, then I lost all concept of what time was. Then there's a blank period where I ceased to exist for awhile, then became self aware, but existed in a timeless void. I had no language, no ability to conceptualize anything, no memories, no emotions, no identity, nothing. And the weirdest thing: a lack of ability to process the sensory input, so i could physically see and hear, but my brain couldn't interpret it, so i was effectively blind and deaf. I just existed as a consciousness for a bit. Then I got back some language but concepts weren't there yet. I started to wonder if I had died, and wondered what dying was. Then once a few concepts started to materialize, I had the sense that maybe this wasn't the only state of existence I'd experienced, like there had been something else before my becoming self aware in the void. I sensed other entities around me, and some form of infrastructure, but couldn't really see it. Eventually, everything came back to me one sense at a time, starting from the more abstract ideas and such, and ending with my physical senses. Finally, I sort of came to, though I was still really dissociated, and after awhile I realized I was looking at something colorful, up close. During a brief moment of lucidity i realized I was lying on my bed, though I'd started out on the couch. My then- boyfriend had moved me, shuffle- stepping, from the living room to the bedroom and I'd had no idea. I called for him and he came in, and his body seemed to take up my entire field of view, with his head being super far away. I told him he was the whole universe. Pretty soon after that, I came back down to earth and regained my faculties.
      It was kind of like what I imagine it would be like to develop in the womb and then be born, only sped way up. The process was similar to rebooting a computer or phone, kind of. The machine shuts down, then there's the logo screen for awhile and everything is just doing it's hidden thing and finally images start to appear on screen and your various apps and programs start running one at a time.
      During the time I was wondering if I'd died, my emotions were not fully online, and I had this vague sense of terror that was completely separate from my thoughts somehow, like all of the aspects of my consciousness were in different rooms and I knew they were there, kind of, but couldn't really interact with them. And meanwhile, my body was having a completely different experience. I had a brief conversation with my boyfriend where I apparently became scared and demanded to know what he'd done to me, then he reminded me I'd taken ketamine and I calmed down. And I guess I was making a lot of sounds and seemed uncomfortable so that's why he moved me to the bed. So I was interacting with him and was completely unaware of it while I was having this totally separate mental experience at the same time.
      Definitely the craziest experience I've ever had. It's been over 5 years since then, and I'm still not sure what to think about the whole thing, but I'd like to experience something like it again sometime. I've done ketamine several times, but only took a really big dose the one time. It's such a vastly different experience at different doses that it feels like a totally different drug at each level of intoxication. Very cool stuff, but certainly not everybody's cup of tea!

    Every planet has its own unique timeframe depending on its rotation around the sun. The further a planet is from the sun, the further away its timeframe is from Earth's timeframe. For instance, the time frame on Mars or Pluto would be different because the speed of their rotation around the sun varies from Earth's. The length of a day on Earth is 24 hours when the Earth spins in one circle, and 365 days for a year when the Earth rotates around the sun one time, but on another planet, it could be different. For example, there is a planet that takes 19 Earth days to rotate around the sun, which means one year on that planet would be equivalent to 19 of our days. Although some might argue that time does not exist outside our planet or solar system, I believe that there is a concept of time on every planet, every solar system that makes up a galaxy and the timeframe associated with that single galaxy. And every galaxy and solar system and planet, time is different. Although it might be measured differently, time exists on every planet in our solar system. For example, if you were sitting inside the space station outside of Venus, but inside of the rotational pull of venus, the time would be different than sitting inside of Earth rotational pull.
    As far as the Big Bang theory, I never did buy into that at all, for starters, they call it a theory. My theory is we won't ever fully understand the universe and time, although as time goes on, no pun intended, we will discover more answers to some of the older questions but with more answers, comes more questions. Galaxies move through space fast beyond belief. Galaxies are so large, and so far away, that you could never see them move just by looking -- even if you looked for a whole lifetime through the most powerful telescope, but the Milky Way Galaxy is moving at an astounding 1.3 million miles per hour, so we may not ever know how big our universe is and how many galaxies there are, or if we can travel to another galaxy in a blink of an eye, like in the movies, through a porthole or a time jump. That is one of the reasons we do not see lots of different beings from other worlds on earth, because it is so far away, and if they are that advanced, they may not have a need to come here. Make no mistake, this was all created, it is to perfect not to be, in the vast concept of things.

    • @MaestroDK
      @MaestroDK 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      "they call it a theory"
      and
      "we will discover more answers to some of the older questions but with more answers, comes more questions."
      Which is EXACTLY what a theory is all about. Evolution is also "just" a theory - it is just that nothing disproves it and it answer countless questions. So it is a GOOD theory. The Big Bang is of course not "truth" but is a very good theory and so far answer a lot of questions.
      This "theory vs fact" this is something that creationist and devout religious people just don't get. If the Bible was considered in the same way (as a testable theory) it would fail miserably due to all the inconsistencies.

    • @WessNyleProduction
      @WessNyleProduction 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The length of a planets years isn’t what they’re talking about when they say “space time”. A planet could have a 19 day year, but time is still moving at the same pace, meaning you’d still age the same in earth years on a different planet. Time isn’t determined by how long it takes a planet to orbit a star, it’s determined by the amount of gravity being experienced from a star or black hole. If earth was orbiting a black hole the size of the sun instead of the sun itself, and it was the same distance away from the black hole, time would move differently than it does now, and you would age slower…even if you’re moving at the same speed, a year would take much longer to go by. So actually, the closer you are to a star, the SLOWER time moves. At least according to Einstein theory of relativity.

    • @firestorm-productions
      @firestorm-productions 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@WessNyleProduction I believe that until we visit a planet with a different orbit around a star and encounter beings, we may never understand how they age. How could we? Einstein theory is just a theory. He may have had understanding of earth, but really, other worlds and galaxies may work differently. It is just so fascinating thinking about it. Spacetime is a beautiful mathematical model that elegantly fuses the dimensions of space and time into a single, unified continuum. Visualizing and understanding relativistic effects through spacetime diagrams can inspire a deeper appreciation for how different observers perceive the occurrence of events. The revolutionary interpretations of space and time in the 20th century, particularly by Hermann Minkowski, have expanded our understanding of the universe and paved the way for groundbreaking theories such as the general theory of relativity.

      Why trust your feeling when this is something that there exists countless videos and papers on the topic going many years back? Either you are not that old or you don't know much science. For the record The Milky Way is considered to be about 12.5 billion years old and so would started to form around 1.1 billion years after the Big Bang depending on whether the expansion of the Universe was overall constant (which it wasn't in the absolute beginning). So our galaxy was formed with many many others that we can see today far away.

    Time does exist, and in our dimension of 432 hertz frequency, time is linear, but traveling from one dimension to another, linear time is reversed, hence the ability of time travel and with time travel, bilocation becomes possible, explaining that ability of some of the saints. Each dimension is of a frequency twice as much, or half as much as the hertz frequencies next to it, such as higher, the next dimension is 864 hertz frequencies, and the next 1728 hertz frequency, and so on, but traveling in the opposite direction of time through each dimension, such as lower, the next dimension would be 216 hertz frequency, and the next 108 hertz frequency, and so on, but also traveling in the opposite direction in time from one dimension to the next, no matter which direction you take, lower or higher, linear time is always in the opposite direction from the frequency next to it.
    When you think that your ears are ringing, that is when your mind wonders and is not concentrating on a special thing or thought, and the ringing you are hearing is the frequency of the hertz of the dimension you are in, and from people who experience "Life-After-Death", while they are in heaven, they too hear the frequency of the hertz from the heavenly dimension, which there are supposedly many levels of dimensions that are heavenly, and all their hertz frequencies sound like beautiful music, instead of just a ringing like in the frequency dimension that we are now living in, so the difference of the hertz frequencies, which frequency is vibration, as also is ringing and music, all have a different sound because of the difference of vibration which is what frequency entails.
    All dimension's hertz frequencies are of numbers that numerologically add up to the sacred number of 9, the central number of all existence, for God loves irony and is the great mathematician of existence and this number is the key to all of His creation.

      The "I AM' is *conscious presence.* Consciousness is the fabric of life, the universe, and everything... God is the singularity of conscious presence. Everything that exists is alive with the conscious presence of God, to the extent consciousness inhabits that form. Such as, a rock has a very different consciousness than a human being. Human beings have the capacity to alter their consciousness, and bring it "closer to God." People who have had near death experiences, or psychedelic experiences, have attested to the glorious feeling of "oneness." Which is becoming aware of the perfect unity of God in everything. It is "to see the forest from the trees," to no longer see division and separation, but to see a gloriously beautiful and harmonious whole full of wondrous complexity and novelty.
      They say, "the universe is change." But the truth is that all life is about NOVELTY. Not just change for the sake of change, but compelling, beautiful, interesting forms of change. Like infinite fractal patterns, but the fractals themselves always express unity and connectedness.
      Life, the universe, and everything is expressed a lot like how a kaleidoscope produces infinite fractal patterns. Yet does this with only a few pieces of glass and a mirror. In the same way, nothing is really "new" that exists, it is merely mirroring "God." Those pieces of glass could be easily seen as "mind, body, spirit." Each affecting the beauty and complexity of the fractal patterns...

    "Time does not exist. This statement seemingly contradicting our everyday experience."
    Yet what is that experience, really? Is it thoughts, interpretation of what is real? Or is it the phenomenon of experiencing? Some call this "being in the present time/moment." But really it has nothing to do with time or "the present." And everything to do with consciousness which is timeless, everlasting, and indivisible from "God." Consciousness is the fabric of life, the universe, and everything. The sooner we -understand- become aware of this, the sooner we can evolve and live in harmony with our true nature, i.e. "become closer to God." As anyone can testify to, (e.g. through near death experiences) when your consciousness is brought closer to "God," by aligning your consciousness to the perfect alignment and unity of "God," you experience the oneness of all things. And within that unity is the glory of "God," which is felt as sublime beauty, love, and ecstasy.

      If you're watching a marathon race in an oval and you're right above the center of the oval watching at one thousand meters away from above, this illustration proves that time doesn't really exist because you SEE everything below, there is no past and no future what you SEE now is the present. Only present. However if you're watching with same elevation of the runners you SEE the starting point and that will become the past, what is behind you is the past.The actions is the present the finish line the future. When you're watching from above you don't see the past nor the future what you see is the present or the moment.

    TIME.- Simple explanation.
    Tyere is no such thing as time.
    Time is a unit of measurement.
    So what is time measuring?.
    Time measures " Rate of Change".
    So we must ask what is the "smallest" rate of change in the universe- what ever that is, that is the smallest unit of time.
    The smallest rate of change must be the smallest vibration, spin, or displacement that can take place.
    So the question to ask is is that smallest rate of change "discrete of "continous". Itbus continous then , it means the smallest rate if change is divisible.
    If not then how long does it change for such a change to take place? And how does it happen.
    The smallest rate of change means there are two states. Tte starting state (S0) and finishing state (S1).
    If going from S0 to S1 is possible it cannot be rye smallest rate of change in the universe, because what about (S1- S0)÷2 or (S1-S0)÷n.
    But what about ( S1-S0)÷ n+1,
    Or (S1- S0)÷ (infinity--1) but the we can also have (S1- S0) ÷( Infinity -1/0.5) Or (S1- S0)÷( Infinity -(1÷infinity).

    Time is merely the measurement of the location of every object in the universe in the present, the past, and the future.
    Where they are, where they were, and where they’re going to be.
    Therefore it would be impossible to relocate them “ all “ anywhere, thus, time travel is impossible.

We are a 3 dimension being. We work in a 3 dimension world. Though there is a 4th dimensional world and that’s in our brain. Our thinking processes, our memories where time does not exist. All we need to is think of an happier times in our life and we are instantly there. No time. A tesseract moments. But ageing does impede on the ability to recall our memories.

    I am a very ordinary person. Like with any one else I am also too much fascinated about life and space. Often when I get time sit to watch, think and check about what, how, where and why, we are in here. I already had this in my mind as, was the Big bang be ok as an actual starting point. Because, a simple logic thinking was enough to break this. What was there before Big bang. This thought itself will make it clear that Space and Time are two separate entity. Like and few other quests were there in my mind when I was in standard four. There were four questions in me at that time. 1) When it all started and when it all will end? 2) How deep is space? Answer for this was INFINITY. 3) If God created all this, who created God? 4) Where did I come from and where would I go? What and how is the ME etc? Later I found that almost all have this type questions in a corner of their mind. Here, It's not that there can't be a Big bang. It's as you can never arrive or limit everything to a starting point, here as Big bang. There could be many, countless Big bangs that might have happened or happening at this moment. It's out of human imagination. So no doubt Time and Space are infinite. I believe that this all is possible because of a creator titled as God. Not the one that we human portrait as ourselves. The property of Lens (Axiomatic Physics) being used in making eyes for seeing in life forms is an element of fact that makes me to arrive at the must of a thinking mind behind doing this. It didn't happen by chance. Like wise all that is in here. This should never be interpreted as an Super Alien out there doing all this. If so then who created the Alien. Also I disagree any Dimensions above or below 3D. It's an poor extension of Mathematics to Physics. It's just an blind attempt to make sit or fit Physics in frame or outfit of Mathematics.
    Thank You..

    While I am a fan of Michio Kaku, I was surprised that there was no mention in your video of the 1949 proof by Kurt Godel that "in any universe described by the Theory of Relativity, time cannot exist". Godel's friend at Princeton, Albert Einstein, reluctantly endorsed this since he could not find a way to refute it. Kaku is already famous for his many books and research, but it is important to not forget the brilliant mathematician and logician Kurt Godel and his contribution of both the incompleteness theorem and further understanding of time, 75 years before Kaku.

    Wir leben in einem seifertgefaserten, torusknotenartigen Tesserakt-Konstrukt, welches nur durch seine Interkonnektivität/Quantenverschränkung mit naheliegenden Gleichen in sich selbst unendlich ist und dadurch sich alles Beinhaltete organisch bewegen kann. Durch den ausgeübten Druck dieser umliegenden, zellartigen Hyperstruktur, von der unser Knoten nur ein sandkorngroßer Teil ist und höchstwahrscheinlich in einem Punkt in der Mitte dieser, kann durch die von außen eindringende, jedoch nicht obsolet gewordene dunkle Materie weiter negative Energie der positiven eine Matrix für eine platzgenaue Materienfeststellung bieten. Die Kohärenz dieser Verwobenheit führt rückschlüssig zu Destabilisierung im Bereich der menschlichen Vorstellungskraft und schafft somit eine Art Interdimensionalität im Bereich der krümmbaren Masse. An Knotenintersektionen setzt dieses schlecht relativierbare Phänomen jedoch ganz aus, denn es bilden sich „Wurmlöcher“ an jenen Stellen, deren Bewegunsradius davon abhängig ist, wie engmaschig die angrenzenden Knotenschleifen verwoben sind und durch das Einstülpen im Raum derer in unsere „Dimension“ eingreifen und die darin enthaltene Materie in ihrem Torus "recyclen". Dieser Vorgang kann unendlich von "Dimensionen-Zelle zu Zelle" stattfinden. Die berühmte Blume des Lebens ist nur eine äusserst simple Darstellung der Maschine Gottes.

    Yes, yes, the interactions of energies give the appearance of structure and of space-time and gravity. The key word is "appearance". Another of my thoughts when a young child. It is thrilling to see that scientists are finally taking a look at this. Of course if they had listened 70 years ago you would be much further along. There are multiple universes as a result of the energy interactions and micro and macro entanglement. You are finally starting to get a glimmer of hope toward making discoveries that will change all of your experiential existence. If you follow this path you will, in the end of this phase, be able to shape the realities of the multiverse.

    I challenge everyone who says that the universe is expanding. I gave everyone the evidence that the observable universe is not expanding but rather is rotating and belonging to another universe. Firstly, it is possible to derive the empirical Hubble law from the Newtonian velocity, secondly it is possible to derive the Pioneer-type acceleration from the Newtonian acceleration prospectively using a simple and the same algebraic aporoach as follows:
    v = (Gm/r)^(1/2) = (r/r) × (Gm/r)^(1/2) = r × (Gm/r^(3))^(1/2) = r × H
    And
    a = Gm/r^(2) = (r/r) × (Gm/r^(2)) = r × (Gm/r^(3)) = r × H^(2) = (r × H) × H = v × H
    v = c ---> a = c × H
    Where H^(2) = (Gm/r^(3)) is Kepker's third law.
    We recovered the empirical Hubble law, the relation connecting the cosmic acceleration and the speed of light with the Hubble parameter, and Kepler's third law.
    This provides strong evidence that the observable universe is rotating rather than expanding and gravitates around an attractor.

    you are not buying land, you are renting it for under 99 years, your sons and daughters, and grandchildren might take over afterwards

    So if time doesn't exist then that would mean there is no spacetime and Einstein was wrong!
    I've always known Einstein was an idiot 😂🤣😅

    Wow jumping to the GOD hypothesis just because it does not sit within peer expectations and that of the existing model of physics. Anyway, it’s exciting to see young up and coming scientists a little more critical in their thinking and how JWT observations are driving a rethink in parallel to existing scientific models

    I travel to the past sometimes. IN my mind, I went back to 1969 on my wedding day. It was a beautiful day for me.

    There is always a creator for a creation. A designer for a design. The big bang is just an answer saying we don't know. God is all knowing ! The Bible is more than just a history Book. It is the divine Truth(Word) of God. Teaches us Love, wisdom and forgiveness. Also the Bible prepares us for salvation through our Lord Jesus the Christ. 🙏🏼🙏🇮🇱🐑😇

    Very few of my acquaintances believe in this fairy-tail theory of Big Bang. Even the kindergarden kids are laughing on it...
    In the absolute void where there was no space and time, suddenly an atom appears and what to see, it explodes :-)
    Who put it there ? God ?
    And from where this certainty that it was just one atom ?
    You know how it is. It's like in math. When you start with the wrong premises, the result will automatically be wrong.
    An idea for Mister Michio Kaku:
    The matter at micro level is organized like matter at macro level, for example:
    atom = similar with solar system;
    molecule = similar with a galaxy;
    a tissue is made up of several molecules = more galaxies form a tissue (at macro scale...)
    Question is: whom tissue ????
    Could be God, perhaps ?

    Time is evevelant. God's proof is all around. I don't question what God don't ask me to.
    Science is here just to keep our minds busy.

      Dude time is like a human concept I don't think that we have anything to do with the rest of the universe it's just too big are galaxies like being a blood cell in a human the size of our galaxy lol we don't even know where the rest of it goes wahhhhh

    Is the big bang theory moving from lack of confirmation to one of the hypotheses?

    I was saying time did not exist when I was ten. But I didn't have a telescope like the WEBB.

    Well, 'Time' is a convenient way to measure 'Processes'...anything we conceptually want to put in 'Perspective'.
    Of course, 'Estimating Time' does not make it so in processes: e.g., using Red-shift to estimate 'Time', which can further show error about the processes (theories) of Age (Time).
    Red shift looking at the 'Beginning' (theorized) may not be correct in 'Time' as Webb displayed by its furthest Sight.
    Meanwhile, the 'Now' is the same 'Time' now in all of the Universe...no matter how large it may happen to be.
    Time is not an object but a count...that may be right and may be wrong, except to count the sand through the hourglass of our lives!
    Being 83, has taught me that...:)

    What time exist on Earth because of the Earth's rotation but on the other side we don't know enough about to say anything about time but it's probably a completely different sense of time but I will say that there is musical time and great music I believe is heard in many different dimensions Beethoven's moonlight Sonata is 15 minutes long on Earth but no matter what dimension it would be played and it would still be 15 minutes long because it's music so we know for sure that there are at least pockets of time so what time does to a certain extent does exist maybe we should call it musical time because music is a spiritual language and you can take it with you but I just want to say I think that this video is totally outstanding

    Yes, the seacret number 9 is 3x3, and the man, the sain could be at 9 places at the same time. 9x3=27. There are 27 nakshatras (the star constelations) or Moon mansions. There he dwels some time and those nakshatras could be positive or negative and supportng different kind of our activities. ❤
