Just curious, why doesn'r more people use this glue method instead of the traditional horse shoe? I've read the nails doesn't hurt the horse feet, but is there a reason as to why some people prefer glue and some stick to tradional horse shoes?
Can I put a pad and still work. The horse I'm doing is very flat,so I was wondering if I can just rivet a pad and then glue it? I just haven't had much experience with glue ons, Thank you
The pros are lesser impact on the hoof and legs, can walk better over asphault and concrete, and is less invasive than a "usual" shoe. The cons are the need for a more frequent change of shoes thanks to wear. Hope this helps!
