I met a girl while working at a Halloween store... we went out and made an amazing connection, she's now my best friend really the greatest friend I could ever hope for and the love of my life. I played this song for her before we parted ways for a bit and it became our song... now everytime we hear it, it brings us back to all the memories of how we met... working together in the store... the rain on the roof of the car as we cuddled, talking for hours at a time about everything and anything... it hits us both whenever my iPod plays it randomly and it always makes me hold her tighter and closer. regardless of my hold to this song its such a beautiful melody and I could listen to it forever & always.

There's such vivid yet completely universal imagery in this song. This could be anywhere but the feeling comes across as the same. idk it just makes me really happy and nostalgic and at peace.

Raising hope is a middling show...I'd give it a B- overall. But the soundtrack is a straight A+!!! I rewatch the show because a weak episode will all of a sudden hit you with an absolute banger that may or may not bring a tear to the eye!!

My dad died from cancer 12 years ago. I will always rememeber he, my mom and I hearing this song on Rasing Grace.....I miss him alot. Thats all.
