Great video! I am from Córdoba, what can i tell you? Hehe. It is a jewel from the ancient world, full of palaces, churches, beautiful hiddden corners and squares, arab baths, medieval city walls, roman ruins, museums, courtyards full of flowers, good gastronomy and friendly people and sunny days 😚. Hope that you enjoyed it, you have to come back some day to discover other many places and monuments you did not see. Regards 👍
I loved it! We hadn’t planned on visiting as we had an Airbnb 1.5 hours away for a week.. but when I saw how close it was I had to spend a day. Absolutely loved it 😍
Thank you so much! It’s hard to have favourites as every country has something unique.. but top of my list would be Pakistan and Bolivia probably so far
Your passion for travel and your unique perspective have truly inspired me, and I’ve enjoyed following your journey. Your past videos, in particular, were so detailed and beautifully captured through your own camera, which gave them such a personal and immersive touch. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a bit of a difference in the recent ones. While they’re still great, I miss the level of detail and the personal footage that made your earlier content stand out. I understand how things can evolve over time, but I just wanted to share how much I appreciated that style. Looking forward to seeing more of your adventures Ms.Carrie.
It’s a crazy thing.. and I preferred the detail of the first videos.. but.. they don’t do as well.. for some reason lo-fi does better.. I don’t know why..
@@carriepatsalis I just wanted to express how much I enjoyed your videos from Afghanistan. Your approach of engaging with locals and capturing everyday life was so captivating. I feel like your Spain vlogs have been more like presentations than the immersive vlogs. If possible, I’d love to see you bring that same style of your past videos to your future travels. It really makes the experience feel authentic and immersive. Thanks for all the amazing content!
Good video. Just a note, in spanish "Córdoba" is pronounced differently, the strong syllable is the first one, that's why it has the accent. You probably know this and are just pronouncing it in english (since the video is in english), but for any non spanish speakers that may be interested.
I would say same as Granada.. 3 nights, 2 full days.. plenty. We were there just 1 night and one full day.. so got to see a little corner.. I realised how much I liked it and would return
Come to lucknow india and try many delicious dishes Lucknow is famous for chicken embroidery many Mournumemnts and many special dishes and foods❤ By the way awesome vlog🥰😍
I like builted great mosque by muslims. I like also beautiful tradition to dacorate walls and streets with plants which gives a massage of pease and happyness. This is very good tradition captured for us by Carrie Patsalis. Thanks
The dark history of European Crusaders:Kingdom of Castile and Kingdom of Leon destroyed all the cultures and pre-history of the caliphate of Cordoba and killed or converted all its Muslim and Jewish populations.
Ah Cordoba ( we call it Qurtaba in urdu) , our great poet iqbal has written a poem about it. We as muslims have collective painful memories from that place. We muslims are always called barbarians(Even this word barbarian or barbaric has come to english from spanish origin , and reffers to the Barbar nation of Africa ,who were muslims and they conquerred Spain,( Tariq bin Ziad and musa bin naseer ,two of the main barbar muslim warriors who conquerred spain)but they didnt destroyed any cathedrals etc ,as their were enough christians to sluaghter them centuries later in spain ) but you can see their is only ruins and symbols of Muslims left in Spain,Not many muslims . Ahh and we are still the intolerant ones lol
I hope one day we get to the enlightened point of looking beyond differences of religions, skin etc.. I despise Islamophobia too.. let’s hope things change with education and understanding
You are so inspirational!
Thank you 🥹
