Lauren- ignore ANY negative comments. Some people are just so unhappy in their own lives that they like to try & bring others down to their level. You are a GREAT wife, mom, sister & daughter. Nobody should be judging anyone else. Keep doing what you’re doing. One day at a time. You’re doing your best❣️❣️and I think you’re doing an awesome job. Wishing you all a nice weekend. ❤❤😊
Exactly!!! People are CRAZY! Especially if you’ve been sick and with a toddler. We were sick for about 10 days and my house fell apart. It is what it is. ❤
I have a family of 4 (kids 16 and 11). We have one laundry basket in our house that all of our dirty clothes go in. We do probably two loads of laundry a day. We lay the kids' clothes on our bed, and they are responsible for putting their clothes away. We used to have multiple baskets, and they would just stay full of clothes, whether clean or dirty. Having one forces us to stay on top of the laundry.
Girl, do NOT let any negative comments get to you PLEASE. Your house is literally a million times better than mine ever is. Even at y’all’s worst, it’s more picked up than our best 🤣 #MomLife ✌🏼 Especially, with toddlers and kiddos running around. You’re my motivation and you’re doing absolutely AMAZING. Keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy your life with your family. It isn’t all about cleaning, it’s about living.❤
This is my first time seeing your videos. I loved it and just wanted to thank you for making it. You have a beautiful home and I loved this, very motivating.
Family of 5, we have one hamper in our master closet, and one in our 3 kids’ shared bathroom. My motto is, a load a day keeps the laundry away! Start one load when you wake up in the morning, and see it through all the way to putting it away before you start another the next day. Life changing!
More hampers would only allow for you to get more behind on keeping up with laundry. The key is to do one or two loads a day and put away as soon as they are dry.
Thank you for the motivation, and congratulations again on your new bundle. I’m sorry you get rude comments. Your human and this is why your channel is a CLEANING motivational channel. It’s so satisfying to see you clean. Thanks you for motivation. ❤
I agree, ignore negative comments. I was very sick with both pregnancies all the time. Do what you can, tomorrow is a new day! Congratulations 🎉. Hang in there.
Hi Lauren, please don’t pay attention to those negative comments. You are such a wonderful mom and wife and you have such a beautiful home. And everyone’s home gets messy and you always keep your home so beautiful.😊And God bless you all and a special blessing to your new baby coming soon.❤
For the kitchen table have you thought about getting one that has bench seating on one side? That way you could put the bench where the windows are but still have 2-3 people seating. ❤
I have a family of 5 and we each have a hamper. My husband and I have his and hers hampers. My kids are older, but they each have a tall plastic hamper. My husband and I have large circular canvas hampers from Costco. Hang in there it gets better. Blessings to you and your family on the new baby.
We have no hampers. We put our clothes in the washer when we're done with them. Wen the washer is full we run a load. It makes for less mess and easier to stay on top of laundry.
Ugh the laundry 😩😩😩 We have 2 hampers like the one you showed in our bathroom - one for lighter colors one for darks. My kids were taking baths in our bathroom so everything went in those. My daughter also has a hamper that was part of a basket set from her nursery.. now she uses that, I want one for my 6yo, then our 2.. BUT we have 5 laundry baskets that I try to separate clean clothes into but we usually live out of those.. I can’t keep up at all 😂😭 (3kids total)
My 5yr old son was SO sick this past week. It was so sad to watch him go through it. Im happy that you all are well and Congratulations on your new bundle!! 🎉❤🎉
When it comes to laundry hampers, Eric and I share one in our closet, the boys share one in their closet, the girls share one in their closet and I have a basket in the laundry room just for towels/rags. I like the pop out hampers to use for getting clothes out of the dryer.
Hey Friend, Happy Saturday. Sickness is not fun for anyone, I hope sickness is going to go away soon for everyone. Being pregnant and getting sick hits ten times harder, I couldn’t even image how bad it might be. 😢❤ I’m glad that Oliver likes to help you clean most of the time because I’m sure that makes your cleaning go by faster and less stressful. ❤ The dish washer tabs are called finish, im pretty sure because that’s the kind that my family uses.
Letting your little ones help you clean is great.when mine were little they helped me clean they picked up there stuff and put in there room my daughter loved vacuuming with help of course. My son loved straining up the coffee table and the pillows on the couches he was good and they both would do the basic dishes together one would wash and one would rinse.ask them why? Because they got to play in the bubbles but this would happen like once a week on my days off. But i did clean every day so it wouldn't go wild. Love your videos love you all see you in the next one
You should’ve seen my house the entire month of January! I’m pregnant with extreme nausea and my husband found out he had Covid Jan 1st on top of the kids catching colds. It was sooo hard to keep up with cleaning. I’m just now slowly getting back into the groove of things. I know exactly how you feel. We have a laundry basket in our room, each of the kids, and in the downstairs bathroom. I also have a small one for carrying laundry to and from.
Three hampers here too! One in our bedroom, one in McKensie’s bedroom, and one in the laundry for any laundry we make downstairs. They are all a good size as well. 🤍 Happy Saturday!
14:41 Hi Lauren, we are in the same boat with you family wise- 1 toddler and 1 on the way! My life changed when we got a 3 bag laundry cart on rollers. Laundry is already sorted and I do my husband and mine’s laundry once a week on Fridays and my baby’s fills up every two weeks. And I do the sheets/towels on Sundays. I think it’s very easy that way to break it up and not get stuck doing 4-5 loads at once.
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers). We have 4 laundry baskets - one for each person. we have all of them in our closets (2 in our closet for husband and I and one laundry basket in both of my kiddos closets). we do not mix each others clothes. I promise it makes sorting and putting away SOOO much easier. we do laundry once a week - usually on weekends.
Family of 3. We have two hampers. I started doing the “one load a day” and that really seems to help!! I also made a resolution to put my clothes away as soon as they are done in the dryer!! That has helped as well!! Love you Channel!! I can’t wait to see if your new bundle will be a girl or boy!! So exciting. God bless you all ❤
Each person’s bedroom has a laundry hamper and then I have one in the bathroom for towels too. I wash a basket at a time so it makes folding and putting up laundry simply. I also started folding the laundry in the room to where it goes; surprisingly, I’m more likely to fold and put laundry away when I’m beside the dresser or closet it goes in.
Good day to you, Lauren, yes when the family is ill, everything goes by the wayside. It doesn’t matter what it is in your home you have to take care of you and your family and that house will get cleaned up one way the other I’m sure your mother has been through that Scenario many many times with all you kids! But she did it and you are accomplishing the things that she taught you and I’m so proud of you. The video appeared that you so loved taking care of your home and your family and even when you’re making your bed it’s like I just love making our bed that we rest and sleep in and to make it comfortable for us and taking care of Oliver‘s bed and his little room and then the way you take pleasure and joy and cleaning up your kitchen and making your home I save Haven and a place where your family feels loved and secure and look around the room and see how beautifully you have arranged all the decor and it makes your family happy. Take care of yourself, sweet Lauren, and take care of that little baby growing within you and looking forward to knowing what the gender is. love to you and your family
Glad y’all are on the mend Lauren! I always kept a hamper in my child’s room & our master bath. Plus I have one in our laundry room for towels to keep them separate from clothes.
My family had the flu, I had it too but I was too busy taking care of my girls 7,5, and 5 months and then my oldest kid 38 and mine turned into pneumonia so I’m slowly getting back to normal but gosh my house is such a wreck and I don’t know how I’m going to Ever get it back to normal 😩
Glad you are all feeling better! ✨ I have sympathy for you for your nausea with pregnancy. For me it was 4-4 1/2 months of nausea. Hopefully you won’t be nauseous that long. ✨I just have one hamper in our laundry room and do all my laundry on Monday’s. ✨ I wish we were neighbors and I could have just came over and help you with your house, errands and just help you all out. 🥲
Great video, Lauren! I had horrible nausea with my pregnancy as well. I found that the Unisom and B6 combo took the edge off. My doctor also prescribed me Bonjesta and Phenergan which helped as well. There’s my unsolicited advice 🤣 I hope the nausea goes away soon ❤️
I'm kinda new. I've seen your videos in the past here and there. I'm really enjoying them. I heard you say your manager sent you congratulatory flowers. Do you work somewhere outside your home or from home? Just curious as I know you mentioned you were an educator at one point. I was as well, but would like to transition into an at-home role/position as we are expecting our second child at the end of August ❤
So glad you all are feeling better! Yes this winter has just been so full of sickness for my family too, can't wait for spring. This viedo was very motivating that I want to start cleaning in the middle of the night lol
Growing up my mom always kept her coffee pot in the laundry room so every time she went to get more coffee then she would remember to put another load in!
I love watching your videos! You always motivate to get my house clean!! Yes this winter has not been the best! I have 2 kids and I feel like between me and my 2 kids one of has been sick everytime u turn around!! We pretty much had stayed in the whole winter!!!
Love your videos 😊I have a hamper in every bedroom closet. When the hamper is full I wash those clothes. When they are done in the dryer I unload on the bed in that room. I then fold and put them away. It’s easy to put the clothes away because they all go in that room.
First, I don't know how you have so much energy to clean at 12 weeks pregnant. With both of mine, it wiped me out and I felt sick and had such low energy for 5 months. 2nd, I hate having the make the bed. I feel like I am fighting a ghost to make the sheets go down like they should. Also, I am not pregnant and cannot stand the smell of Pine Sol. I haven't been able to handle the smell my whole adult life even though I grew up with my mom using it. The smell is just to strong. I can even tell from the sidewalks when I walk my dogs if someone has been cleaning their house with Pine Sol because I can smell if from the curb. I can handle the Swiffer Mop smell a lot better. I love how you clean wearing different slippers. I do the same thing. My feet love me for it. Your heart pillows on the couch are extremely cute!
I always look forward to your videos. Makes me motivated , I love your kitchen, you keep it decorated so cute! My son who is now 18 was like Oliver when he was that age, always wanting to help me.
Family of 4…each person has their own hamper in their rooms (hubs hamper in our bathroom) + large hamper in laundry room for all towels + small hamper for hand wash or items needing special attn. I LOVE doing/folding laundry so that’s something I just don’t struggle with. Now putting away the clean laundry is another story lol (can’t stand that part)
I have two hampers, one for clean and one for dirty clothes. I don’t have any kids it’s just me but laundry is something I can keep up with cause it’s just me😊
Great job Lauren you got a lot done I’m glad you are all feeling better it’s been a bad winter for illnesses my family had Covid in November other then that we’ve been good. We have a hamper in the bedroom one in the bathroom and one in the laundry room for towels. 💕
I'm glad everyone is feeling better. Now, I need to get some cleaning done. We only have 1 hamper in the laundry room, everyone takes their clothes in there. Have a great weekend Lauren!!!
I have those mesh collapsible hampers with the handles and I have one in my room and one in each of my kids rooms. It’s easy to just grab them by the handles and bring them down to the laundry room.
You know Lauren don't let them say stuff if they're not in your shoes. We all get sick and I know when I do nothing gets clean. People we are all human. Are you on top of things even when you get sick? But anyway, glad you all are better. Take care and take of yourself, remember don't stress to much especially when you are pregnant. Your number one without you nothing gets done and without you Oliver needs his momma. Love you
I would have a hamper in my boys’ room and ours. Honestly, for me, I usually did a load a day. Still do, and it’s just me and my hubby at home now. Just easier to keep up with.
Family of 5 here Me, my hubby and 3 kids! I have one hamper on top of my dryer & I have it for storage I don’t use hampers bc I just throw laundry in the washer and if it all doesn’t fit than I just put dirty clothes outside the washer & throw it in right when the load b4 is done! I used to leave clean stuff in the hamper and it would become a bad habit of not putting it away right when it’s done! Now once it’s done in the dryer / it gets put away asap! I never do laundry when I cook! I’m weird and think my clothes will smell w whatever I cook haha😂 So laundry is done early am before the kids get on the bus or later at night :) Only way I can stay on top of it all! 🧺
Family of 6 and 0 hampers yes it sounds crazy but I don’t want hampers hanging around I do one load a day two when I towels and of course our bedding and I only have one bed set per bed it’s my way of keeping up
Morning from England, you have a beautiful home, so glad that you’re feeling better now. Can I just say that please make sure you clean your little one’s bath toys. There is always water left inside them and that isn’t good, especially as children tend to put everything in their mouths. It’s not a negative comment, wasn’t sure you were aware. Sending love and prayers to you and your family.
You got SO much done!!! So glad Ollie and Will are feeling better! I believe you found out the gender of baby#2 this wk! Are you going to tell us or have us be surprised ? Gender reveal video? Eek - so excited for y’all! Have a great wknd! ❤
It's a very nice video. What do you do when you see an bug while cleaning? Do you step on it and crush it with your foot, or do you throw it out with a napkin?
I love your Channel ❤ I have 3 laundry baskets 1 for my husband and I and 1 for each of our kids. We have a newborn ao I'm doing laundry alot more lately 😊
My house desperately needs this amount of attention 😅. Not going to lie our Christmas stuff is still up! I told myself I have to get it down by March 1! 😂
Your house is lived in so of course it is going to get messy again...annnnd not to mention, it gives you more content too! So idk where that comment came from but try not to worry about it!! I have 2 boys, they each have a hamper in their closet, 1 in mine for mine and hubbies, I have one in the kids bathroom for towels, a square one in mine for our sheets(I have multiple sets) and then I have basket in laundry room for cleaning rags(that seems excessive typing it all out🤣🤣🤣) but it works for me! I do mine/hubbies once a week, my 10yr old once a week and he puts away. My 17yo does his own once a week. I prob wash towels and sheets every other week? But luckily laundry is not my nemesis, I am able to do it and get it put away same day.
Jus came across ur video i will be subscribing.... i had a etopic pregnancy and it was ruptured i am ok now but i am afraid to trying again, i have two daughters i wanted to try for a boy

What kind of dishwasher do you have? Ours has kicked the bucket. I'm handwashing dishes now!😮 I plan to get one soon.
Thank you! That’s so sweet. 🫶🏼
Our dishwasher is GE!
Girl if you never let your house get messy and cleaned an “already clean home” you’d get comments on that. There is always that one person 🤪
So true 😂💕
Exactly!!! People are CRAZY! Especially if you’ve been sick and with a toddler. We were sick for about 10 days and my house fell apart. It is what it is. ❤

Good job!! You did so good and yes, it’s overwhelming at times, but we all deserve grace from others and especially to give it to ourselves daily 🙏🏼♥️
Lucky Oliver is so chill. Life happens girl. We all have messes to deal with. Congratulations again on the baby news❤
Oh 30!! I felt the same way,but now im pushing 36,4 years away from 40 😢
Lauren you are so inspiring and I love your videos 🥰🥰
This is so motivating. You’re doing such a great job. I just irks me how people can judge others. ❤

14:41 Hi Lauren, we are in the same boat with you family wise- 1 toddler and 1 on the way! My life changed when we got a 3 bag laundry cart on rollers. I’m looking for a new mattress, do y’all like yours? Sorry y’all have been ill, hope everyone gets better quickly 😊. Your bed looks super cute 🥰
Will’s not imagining it, those dishwasher pods are the BEST!

Where did you get that gray pajamas set you had on in the beginning of the video? They look so comfy!!!
Lauren, could you please link your bathroom rug. I’ve always loved it 😊
Hope you have a wonderful day!

I live alone so just one hamper and I just did laundry 🧺 today and change my bedding sheets and comforter 😊
Great motivation video. Never worry what others have to say that is negative life is life it happens never can we change how others perceive things ❤

Its just me so I take them straight to the laundry sorter in the laundry room.
you have the same shower we do. I love that little seat stool thing.
A door with windows and a storm door so you can open it up and see the outside is great too :-)
I'm glad everyone is feeling better. Now, I need to get some cleaning done. We only have 1 hamper in the laundry room, everyone takes their clothes in there. Have a great weekend Lauren!!!
How do you get everyone to cooperate?! 🤪😂 Thank you! Have a great weekend!
I have those mesh collapsible hampers with the handles and I have one in my room and one in each of my kids rooms. It’s easy to just grab them by the handles and bring them down to the laundry room.

Love your vídeos 🥰
I'm not seeing the disaster.❤ Great job!😅😊
I would have a hamper in my boys’ room and ours. Honestly, for me, I usually did a load a day. Still do, and it’s just me and my hubby at home now. Just easier to keep up with.
Your sweatshirt is so cute! May I ask where u got it from?
Love your red throw blanket on your bed, where did you find it? It is so beautiful
Family of 5 here
Me, my hubby and 3 kids! I have one hamper on top of my dryer & I have it for storage
I don’t use hampers bc I just throw laundry in the washer and if it all doesn’t fit than I just put dirty clothes outside the washer & throw it in right when the load b4 is done! I used to leave clean stuff in the hamper and it would become a bad habit of not putting it away right when it’s done! Now once it’s done in the dryer / it gets put away asap! I never do laundry when I cook! I’m weird and think my clothes will smell w whatever I cook haha😂
So laundry is done early am before the kids get on the bus or later at night :)
Only way I can stay on top of it all!
🧺
love the videos! You should film in 4k
Hi lovley what a great video take care ❤❤

I got 4 hamper one in each room and one in the bathroom.
I have a family of 6 and I rent do jot a washing machine that is even hard
My house desperately needs this amount of attention 😅. Not going to lie our Christmas stuff is still up! I told myself I have to get it down by March 1! 😂
I got sick 😷 twice with a real bad cold 😷
Kids are 7,6,5,2 and although we have 2 baskets, all the clothes end up in mine-I feel like it’s easier to manage
I love filling my dishwasher to the brim
Great motivation! ❤
Yay!!! 🤍
What are your plans for an office space once the baby is born?
We haven’t thought a whole lot about it, but we may just get a small desk for our master bedroom. :)
