I call them bikes too because you set on them like a bike. But they're also quads because they have 4 wheels, but also bikes because they have handlebars, not like a sxs where those has steering wheels
I cant get the wrist pin out i hit it with heat and tried hammering it out and nothing i am now trying to drill it out with a unibit it moves on the crank shaft its just siezed to the piston . Should i heat the top of the piston and how long? Also it barely moves right to left maybe .002 of a filler gage is that okay? What would you do to get the wrist pin out?
Michael Knight just implying that he make longer videos as it would be more interesting, I did not claim to know it all just keep on with whatever you are doing bud lmao
I normally put the piston in the cylinder first with ring orientation correct. Then install on engine
When it comes to 300’s I always look for you before anybody else 😅
Thanks!
HES BACKKKK
Nice vid
been a while, missed your videos

We call them bikes as well here in the boot (Louisiana)
Louie! You're alive!
Oh ya still kickin
How can I go about adding a 300 head on a 250 motor Honda
What are you manufacturing in the back ground?

Good to see you again Louis. Ah Open Hart Surgeon now "A"?
LOL, ya working on it - just finished my law degree and off shore sailing certification - and lunar landing license.
@@PowerModzOfficial I got my Degree in Lazy. only took me a few weeks.
Never place new rings is a warn out cylinder, The rings with age wear the cylinder in an egg shape , best to oversize
Mine runs fine lots compression but when i put it in gear and put the throttle on it developes a rattling knock thinking wrist pin bearing is shot
What wrist pin bearing?
@@captaindeadpool1640was thinking needle bearing in center of piston pin.
Can it be done can you put a 300 head on a 250 motor on a Honda Big Red
Do y’all still have a website
Hope everything is alright, it’s been a long time.
Ya all is good - my usual spring rest...
Did you hone cylinder? The black gloves don’t show the work.
Yes i did
What oil were you using one the piston and cylinder
just some engine oil
@@PowerModzOfficial do you know the brand becuase im doing the exact same thing with my 300 and I’m knew to it and takes notes from your videos
@@haydenabing9774it probably doesn’t matter maybe just some generic 10w-40
That much work why use a cheap piston?
Piston ring end gap?
yes its in another video
Right on. Loving the old stuff. Weve got a 300 fourtrax as well.
ممكن تكلفت شراء وشحن الى عراق
High quality piston???? That a namura piston they are junk lol
Been a lot easier with out the gloves.
Ya, but this way I get to live a bit longer so it'll work out in the end
Lame, need more content in videos
Cant have content without a running machine....
