Good work, an mm540 98 model engine is normally a 2.5 litre normal aspiration type. How come you equip it with a 2.2 turbo diesel, have you switched the engine ?. Of it had to pump out 130 bhp, it has to be remapped . The pneumatic differential lock is good. Almost the interior works is great. Suspension seems superb, guess the leafset is carbon steel. The music system i don't prefer much, but the instrument cluster is great. Switch allocation , exterior , painting , tyres everything shows the quality of money you had spend. Even though the 15 lakhs price tag is a bit high for all these modifications unless you bought a new mahindra 2.2 litre engine. Totality is great. Wish to see it's performance on highway aswell, with the overdrive gearbox it could perform pretty well I believe . For Thar lovers, crde thar engine is not capable for offroading , you could get a direct injection engine. Or the old cj 500, mm540 , or mm550 which is military grade is better for 4 wheel drives,. Jeeps made in between 96 and 98 are best for it. Every jeep is different it varies from year to year.

Happy Singh you need a lot of alterations. And it’s not a 4wheel drive grearbox. You need to get it converted to 4WD with the help of transfer case. The cost for the engine was around 3 lakhs including wiring kit, sensors and other required engine components.
