I hope they make a number 2 instead and fix all the issues that this game had. I love these Shonen Jump cross-over games, and I don't want them to end and this game was, well, received really REALLY badly even though it sold amazingly well. Just do a number 2, fix the issues, keep the characters added in 1 in 2 and update the characters for still ongoing series to give them a fresh moveset. Maybe change the battle mechanics, because fights ended...well...really quickly. When some characters can drain your health bar from 100 to 0 in like 10 seconds, doesn't make for a fun jumping back in experience. The game doesn't even need to be complex like a fighter, just make sure characters moves all do the same damage so you don't have something completely overpowered, add extra health bars either to your two supports so it's a 3 v 3 or an extra layer of health under the first layer like storm does. I don't understand what the point of having a shared health bar between 3 characters was, and I think adding either 2 more health bars for 3 total or an extra layer on top of the first one would go a long way with making the fights longer. Then just fix some of the fighting mechanics, as you shouldn't be able to just kind of imo button mash to win. I think button mashing is fine, but not to the point where you can abuse the mechanics and system of the game to overpower pretty much anyone else. You don't need anything complex like a fighting game, but just look at Storm, Tenkaichi, Budokai, J-Stars+, and even some other games. Like, you could make SUCH a fun party game out of the Shonen Jump roster, if you just had the right company behind it. If they are able to get it all worked out, you could make this a recurring game series. Hey here's all the characters from Jump Force 1 BUT now here's some new characters we are adding for Jump Force 2. Add some of the more obscure characters that didn't get into 1, and just improve upon what was already built. Add some of the older series into the game that older fans would love, not only that though, hey, add some characters from new series or new characters from recurring series. The concept is a good idea, and fans clearly want it simply based off of how well JStars Victory VS+ did since people from the U.S and other countries bought a japanese copy before it was even localized. Then Jump Force sold extremely well, so the demand is there. The company just needs to iron out the execution and these types of crossover Shonen Jump games, could be even more popular because they will have longevity and even a higher player base.

And the problem is, I don’t want anime to look real. I want it to look animated. There has to be an in between. Shinobi striker looks to cartoony. Jump force looks too real. Ninja storm is the balance I can enjoy.

The build up of Howitzer is _way_ too minuscule. Anime had him make a whole ass vortex that smashed into the opponent, while here, Bakugou is regulated to a small black pointy cylinder. Todoroki actually did have amazing buildup, but the fire blast was disgustingly weak for a payoff. No reason to make it a tiny beam when it could've been a whole ass blast like Cell's.

In fact, another character in Jump Force is one of them: Killua, from HunterxHunter. It’s not fucking new, and I highly, HIGHLY doubt Naruto is the first series to use it.
Instead of Madara they could have added a different DLC Naruto character like pain, Obito or mostly Sakura because they have the whole team 7 crew on jump Force like naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi except for Sakura
