Enjoyed this discussion.Thank you.I agree and also believe we are birthing into a new era of growth where our "collective consciousness" is rising to a higher frequency.Although I also feel it has taken many life times and still many more to "peak".David and Igor are some of the "visionaries" that intellectuals are desperately seeking to provide solutions to our long term problem of "history repeating itself".

Excellent discussion, Rick. Made me review my non duality story.

The day i woke up i saw clearly that the force that pushedme into unconsciousness was the same force that opend me to presence and clarity. The wave woke up to the ocean. There is no separation, so there is no destructive force "against us".

The recognition that one is the world and the apparent Human existance are an inseparable unity is a paramount realization. Many tools have manifested for the reality of what we are to unfold in ways beyond the grasp of ordinary mental consciousness. Internet was one example that is a vehicle for what is unborn to come in to tangible existance. A good discussion here.

What this conversation really comes down to is "paradox." We're not asked to change the world, but only to change our perception of it. And as we change our perception, we will inevitably change our world. (Change is the only constant here.) Also, we are not separate from nature. We are part of nature itself. So, everything we do is simply part of the natural process playing itself it. As such, there really isn't any problem. The problem is that we believe there is a problem.

I don't see why there is the need to explain reality through the scope of God. Science may be influencing materialist beliefs, but that has more to due with our imperialist political and economic ideology that promotes destruction and mass consumption (consumerism). Anyways, the Buddha explicitly did not enter God into the discussion because it tends to only confuse and delude, not clarify or awaken.
