Those tires on rims looked like aluminium rims which at some scrap yards can sell for $1.00 a pound if the tires are removed. If you know a scrapper in your area I'd bet you could have saved yourself a lot of dump fees giving him or her any unwanted scrap metals.
Suggestion: for these "junk" lockers you need to mount a video camera up in the corner and show us some time lapse clips of you gettin' after it at crunch time. Judging from some if the comments people post they don't understand what you have to do to clean out a "Junk" locker and hiw much Time it takes you and how much Trash you have to dispose of. I am glad you told your audience the disposal cost of this locker so far.
